无痛病房护理管理模式在骨折患者中的应用及对疼痛和满意度的影响关键字：无痛,病房,护理,护理管理,管理,管理模式,模式,骨折,患者,中的,应用,疼痛,满意,满意度,意度,影响 无痛病房护理管理模式在骨折患者中的应用及对疼痛和满意度的影响本文为Word文档，感谢你的关注！ 　　【摘要】 目的：研究在骨科建立?o痛病房管理模式的应用效果。方法：选取2014年2月-2015年2月本院骨科收治的79例患者作为常规组，患者接受一般科室护理模式；本院骨科于2015年3月-2016年5月设置无痛病房、改进传统护理模式，选取79例患者作为研究组。观察比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度、生活质量评分、疼痛缓解度及身体舒适度。结果：研究组患者对于临床护理服务的满意度为96.20%，高于常规组的77.22%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），干预后研究组患者的舒适度评分低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在骨科建立无痛病房护理管理模式，提高了患者对临床护理服务的满意度，且干预后患者身体舒适度评分较低，生活质量评分较高，疼痛缓解度较好。 　　【关键词】 无痛病房； 骨折； 机体疼痛； 满意度； 护理管理 　　Application of Painless Ward Nursing Management Mode in Patients with Fracture and Its Effect on Pain and Satisfaction/OUYANG Lang，YANG Yue-ying，OUYANG Li-ying，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（06）：078-081 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application effect of painless ward management mode in department of orthopedics.Method：79 patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the routine group，and the patients received general nursing mode；painless ward was set up in department of orthopedics in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016，improved the traditional nursing mode，79 patients were selected as the research group.The nursing satisfaction，evaluation score of life quality，pain degree and comfort level of two groups were observed and compared.Result：The satisfaction degree of the patients in research group was 96.20%，which was higher than 77.22% of the conventional group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Patients in the research group after nursing management intervention，pain relief was 84.81%，higher than 44.30% in conventional group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05），after the intervention，the comfort score of research group was lower than that in routine group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The establishment of painless ward nursing management mode in department of orthopedics，improve the patient’s satisfaction with clinical nursing service
