PAGE 1 = 2 \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT = 1 \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT 摘 要本次毕业设计的主题是SD标王读卡器帽注射模模具设计。通过对零件进行物理特性和实用特性的分析，了解其生产技术要求，结合生产的实际环境和制造工艺性等，应用所学的理论知识对其进行了注射模模具设计。本文详细介绍了塑件注塑成型工艺过程，包括：型腔布置、分型面选择、浇注系统、顶出机构、脱模机构、排气系统、加热、冷却系统以及主要零部件的设计过程和校核过程。设计时，在保证塑件质量前提下，为降低成本，缩短生产周期，提高生产效率，对模具的推出机构，塑件材料选择，注射机型号的选择，浇注系统的设计 ，做了具体的计算和合理的选择。从而保证了后续设计的准确性。在这次设计中觉得有创新的地方是浇注系统和脱模机构的设计。由于成形腔数比较多，对浇注系统提出了很高的要求，根据实际的设计要求整个成型的方案，在设计中浇注系统采用了潜伏式外侧浇口；脱模机构采用推杆机构脱模，结构简单，脱模方便，具体详见图纸和论文正文。关键词：注塑模具 分型面 模具结构 浇注系统 弹簧AbstractThe graduation projects theme is SD card reader standard king cap injection molding mold design .
