中国铝业兰州分公司自备电厂3×300MW机组空冷岛精细雾化冷却可行性研究与分析Feasibility studies and analysis of the captive power plant of the Lanzhou Branch of China Aluminum 3 × 300MW unit air-cooled island fine atomization cooling张金刚（中国铝业兰州分公司自备电厂 甘肃 兰州 730000）摘 要：中国铝业兰州分公司自备电厂3×300MW机组采用直接空冷系统，又称空气冷凝系统。是指汽轮机的排汽直接用空气来冷凝，空气与蒸汽间进行热交换，所需冷却空气通常由机械通风方式供应。随着国内空冷发电技术的不断增加，空冷岛运行潜力及节能潜力在不断地挖掘与开发。目前国内95﹪的空冷发电机组在夏季炎热的环境工况下很难确保机组满负荷运行，主要存在问题是空冷岛的散热不充分（受外界大环境的影响）。本文从实际影响因素出发，参考现阶段世界先进技术——空冷岛精细雾化冷却技术，论证了该种技术对中铝兰州分公司自备电厂直接空冷系统的必要性和可行性。关键词：中国铝业 直接空冷系统 空冷岛精细雾化冷却Abstract：Captive power plant of the Lanzhou Branch of China Aluminum 3 × 300MW unit uses a direct air-cooling system, also known as air condensing system.
