探究清热化湿方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴糜烂脾胃湿热证的疗效观察与机理探讨.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：探讨清热化湿方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴糜烂脾胃湿热证的临床疗效、安全 性及机理。方法：按照随机、对照的原则将符合本研究标准的 60 例患者分为治疗组 和对照组各 30 例。治疗组口服清热化湿方煎剂，对照组服用清胃止痛微丸，两组均 连续治疗 8 周（1 疗程），观察两组病例治疗前后的临床症状、体征、胃镜、组织病 理学疗效及幽门螺杆菌（Hp ）感染情况并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组总有效率、 治愈率分别为 93.33%、43.33% ，对照组总有效率、治愈率分别为 76.67%、23.32% ， 两组比较有显著性差异（P0.05 ），治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论：清热化湿方 治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴糜烂脾胃湿热证疗效确切，无不良反应，其机理可能与抗炎、 抗氧化、抑杀 Hp 、促进胃肠运动及增强胃黏膜屏障功能有关。 关键词 胃炎；浅表性；糜烂性；清热化湿方；脾胃湿热 Clinical Study on Qingre huashi Recipe in Treating spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome of Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Erosion Speciality: Gastroenterology. Internal medicine of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine Author: Sun Wenzheng Tutor: Prof. Yao Baotai Abstract Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect, mechanism and safety of Qingrehuashi recipe in treating chronic superficial gastritis with erosion pertaining to spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. Methods: 60 cases of chronic superficial gastritis with erosion were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group and control group, both containing 30 cases, were treated with Qingrehuashi recipe and Qingweizhitong granule orally for 8 weeks, respectively. The clinical,gastroscopy and pathological effects and Hp infection were observed before and after the course. Results: Both total effective rate and curative rate in the treatment group were superior to those in control group (93.33% and 43.33% vs 76.67% and 23.32%, P0.05). Conclusion: Qingre huashi recipe is effective and safe in intreating chronic superficial gastritis with erosion pertaining to spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. The mechanism might be related to anti-inflammation, anti-oxidative sterss, eradicating Hp and promoting gastric motility and enhancing gastric mucosal barrier. Key words superficial gastritis;
