探究蛇枝黄苓汤联合放疗同步治疗恶性脑胶质瘤的临床研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察恶性脑胶质瘤术后应用蛇枝黄苓汤联合放疗同步治疗的临床疗效，并 探讨该疗法的作用机理。 方法：将符合病例纳入标准的脑胶质瘤手术切除后患者 56 例随机分组，治疗组 29例，行放射治疗的同时服用蛇枝黄苓汤。对照组27例，单纯行放射治疗。治疗后 随访 12 个月，观察治疗前后的肿瘤体积变化、血白细胞下降情况、体力状况计分、 肿瘤复发时间、放疗的毒副反应、患者生活质量、患者术后 6 个月及 12 个月的生存 率。 结果：治疗组肿瘤体积缩小有效率为 69.0%，对照组为 33.3%，二者比较差异有 显著性(P0.05)。治疗组肿瘤复发中位时间(月)为 15.35，对照组为 10.22，二者比 较差异有显著性(P0.05)。临床功能改善率蛇枝黄苓汤联合放疗组为51.7%，单纯放 疗组为 37.0%，二者比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。治疗组与对照组 6 个月和 12 个月 生存率分别为75.86%、68.97%与66.66%、48.75%，二者比较，差异无显著性（P0.05）。 结论：脑胶质瘤术后应用蛇枝黄苓汤联合放疗同步治疗可有效抑制肿瘤生长，改 善患者症状，并可有效降低放疗毒副反应，提高患者生活质量。 关键词 蛇枝黄苓汤；放射治疗；恶性脑胶质瘤；临床研究 Clinical Study on She Zhi Huang Ling Decoction Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Postoperative Patients with Malignant Glioma Speciality：Clinical Neurosurgery of Integrated Traditional and Westen Medicine Author ：Zhiyong Li Tutor：Prof. Ruming Jiang Abstract Objective: The study is to investigate the effect of Chinese decoction She Zhi Huang Ling Decoction(SD) combined with radiotherapy for malignant glioma.
