探究疏肝健脾治法配合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：针对晚期乳腺癌患者“肝气郁结，脾气亏虚，瘀毒互结”的病机特点，拟 定“疏肝健脾，理气扶正”为主要治法之疏肝健脾方，配合化疗，观察中西医结合治 疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法：将45例IIIB或IV期乳腺癌住院患者，随机分为两组，其 中观察组24例，对照组21例，两组均给予TA方案化疗，观察组加服疏肝健脾方并随证 加减。连续观察两个化疗疗程后，比较两组治疗前后肿瘤病灶、症状、生活质量评分、 免疫功能、肿瘤标志物CEA、CA153的变化和毒副反应的出现情况。结果：疏肝健脾方 配合化疗可改善患者大部分临床症状，提高生活质量，减轻血液系统的毒副反应，提 高机体免疫功能，降低肿瘤标志物CEA、CA153的水平，但在减小病灶方面与单纯化疗 组相比无显著性差异，两组对肝、肾功能的损害都不明显。结论：疏肝健脾方配合化 疗可提高乳腺癌患者机体免疫力，提高化疗疗效，减少副作用，抑制肿瘤进展的作用， 改善患者症状，提高患者生活质量，是治疗晚期乳腺癌的有效方法之一。 关键词 晚期乳腺癌；疏肝健脾方；中医药 Clinical Study on Advanced Breast Cancer Treated By The Method of shu gan jian pi Combined With Chemotherapy Speciality: Internal Medicine of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Author: Su Zhong Tutor: Professor Qi Yuanfu Abstract Objective: aim at the majority of later period breast cancer patient, the sentiment will is impeded ,spent-up the liver spleen, the liver spleen injuries suffered by both sides in the course of time, the stagnation of qi and blood stasis, gathering the phlegm to ferment the poison, the stasis poisonous will tie mutually the pathogenesis characteristic, will draw up smoothing zhe liver and strengthening the spleen, strengthening anti-pathogenic qi and replenishing qi for mainly therapeutic method“shu gan jian pi fang” , the coordinate chemotherapy, the observation the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment later period breast cancer curative effect.
