发现生物突变和进化的机制※ The discovery of mutation and evolution mechanism of organisms 退休教授·研究员　刘元凯 黑龙江省农业科学院园艺分院中国哈尔滨 Professor/Researcher: Yuankai Liu Horticulture Branch of Heilongjiang Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Harbin China [摘　要]　 Abstract: The rapid development of information technology has led to major upgrade and improvement of different industries, however it was not able to drive the primary strategic production of the agriculture industry. The research on creating biological resources by using the technology in Chemistry and Physics has continued for over half a century. However most of these researches have directed to other directions. The transgenic technology, which has been studied for over 30 years, has became the focus point of the research of creating biological resources, but there are still many limitations to its findings. The reason for this phenomena is because the fundamental theory for creating biological resources have not been created. First of all, this paper demonstrates the consistency of the biological organism, relationship between organism and environment, and the consistency of mutational mechanisms of biological organisms and the environment. Then the article demonstrates the stability of biological mutation and the tenacious relationship of the hidden property of the organism. The research is able to discover that the only condition which satisfies the mutation mechanism is when two cells of the opposite sex fuse together. This is also when organism are most acceptable to new forms. Through experiments and facts, this paper is able to explain mutagenesis is not a result of the property of the organism; it is base on the information passed out by the organism. This is not any ordinary information, it is the information delivered when the condition for survival is not suitable for the organism. This information is the corresponding information that’s delivered out when the organism itself is trying to perfect its own survival
