ConclusionAfterconstrictionofabdominalaorta,expressionofIL-17incardiacmusclesincreasdobviously,andheartfailurerelatedparametersaggravatedsimultaneously.PretreatedwithmonoclonalIL-17antibody,expressionofIL-17decreasedandparametersimproved.Therefore,ourstudyshowthatmassiveexpressionofIL-17isintensivelyrelatedtothedevelopmentofchronicheartfailure.Keywordsinterleukin-17(IL-17),chronicheartfailure.PartTwoTheRelstionshipbetweenExpressionofIL-17andVentricularArrythmiainRatswithChronicHeartFailureObjectiveToinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenexpressionofIL-17andventriculararrythmiainchronicheartfailure.MethodsAbdominalaortawasconstrictedtoinducechronicheartfailureinrats,echocardiogramwasusedtotestwhethertheheartfailuremodelwasachieved.Ratsweredividedinto4groups:shamgroup、heartfailuregroup、IgGgroupandAbgroup.Thefirstdayafteroperation,PBSsolutionwereintraperitoneallyinjectedtoshamgroupandheartfailuregroup,mouseisotypeIgG1andPBStoIgGgroup,monoclonalhumanIL-17antibodyandPBStoAbgroup,5timeseverytwodays.Programmedelectricalstimuluswasimposedontheratheartsofthefourgroupstoinduceventriculararrhythmia(ventriculartachycardiaandventricularfibrillation),theevokedelectrocardiogramsandevokedrateswererecorded.ExpressionofIL-17incardiacmuscleswastestedbyWesternBlot.Result(1)Echocardiogramshowedthatheartfailurewasinducedsuccessfully.(2)Comparedtoshamgroup,expressionofIL-17incardiacmusclesinheartfailuregroup、IgGgroupandAbgroupincreasedobviously(P0.05)at4weeks、8weeksand16weeksafteroperation,alsoincreasedtheevokedratesofventriculararrhythmia(P0.05);ComparedtoheartfailuregroupandIgGgroup,expressionofIL-17inAbgroupwaslower(P0.05),andtheevokedratesdecreased(P0.05)too.While,obviousdifferenceswerenotfoundbetweenheartfailuregroupandIgGgroup.(3)StatisticanalysisshowedthattherewasapositivelinearcorrelationbetweenexpressionofIL-17andtheevokedrate(r=+0.954，P0.05).ConclusionTheexpressionlevelofIL-17isperhapsrelatedtothehappeningofventriculararrhythmiainchronicheartfailurerats.Keywordsinterleukin-17(IL-17),
