贫困县农村地区初中语文教师专业能力发展问题研究——基于安徽省临泉县地区的实证研究摘要：“国运兴衰，系于教育。教育兴衰，依于教师”，国家、民族的兴旺发达源于教育，而教育发展的关键在于教师专业能力的发展。教师专业能力的发展是教师教育发展的潮流和趋势，也是我国教师教育改革的方向和目标。我国贫困县农村地区，由于社会经济的发展相对落后，教育资源比较缺乏，并且大多数教师学历较低，没有接受过正规的师范院校的教育。语文作为基础课程，其教师专业能力的发展从根本上决定着教育教学质量的提高。因此，提高贫困县农村地区初中语文教师的专业能力，促进贫困县农村地区初中语文教师专业能力的发展，进而改变贫困县农村地区初中语文教育教学不容乐观的现状迫在眉睫。本文以安徽省临泉县农村地区初中语文教师的专业能力发展为研究对象。经调查，安徽省临泉县农村地区初中语文教师专业能力发展过程中存在诸多问题，其中主要表现为：良好的教育环境的缺失；各种继续教育培训过于形式化；学生素质低下，教师失去了教学的兴趣和自信；教师自我专业能力发展动力的缺失等。基于以上问题，笔者提出以下建议，即：建立完善的外部保障机制；完善培训机制；转变管理理念，完善学校管理制度；教师自主专业能力发展；建立城乡学校间的帮扶制度等。通过对贫困县农村地区初中语文教师专业能力发展的研究，提出贫困县农村地区初中语文教师专业能力发展的措施和建议，使其专业能力发展更加科学合理，更进一步的促进语文教师教学能力发展，提高贫困县农村地区教育教学质量。关键词：贫困县；农村地区；初中语文教师；专业能力发展ResearchontheDevelopmentofChineseTeachersProfessionalAbilitiesinJuniorHighSchoolinRuralAreasofaNational-LevelPoverty-StrickenCounty——AnEmpiricalStudyfromLinquanCountyofPoverty-StrickenRegionsinAnhuiProvinceAbstract：Theriseandfalloffortuneshingesoneducation,andeducationdependsonteachers.Thecountrysprosperityandthenationsprogressderivefromeducation.Andthekeyliesinthedevelopmentofteachersprofessionalabilities.Whatsmore,teachers’professionaldevelopmentisaninevitabletrendofthedevelopmentoftheteachereducation;itisalsothereformobjectivesandthedevelopmentorientation.Inruralpoverty-strickenregionsofChina,duetothesocioeconomicbackwardness,itislackofeducationalresources.Moreovermostofteachershavethehightechnicaltitle,butloweducationbackground.FurthermoretheseteachersnevergetformaleducationinNormalColleges.ForChinesestudents,Chineseisacorecurriculum.Thedevelopmentofteachersprofessionalabilitiesisthefundamentaldecisiontoperfecttheteachingqualitysecuringsystemsandenhancethequalityofteacherresourcescultivation.Therefore,toimprovetheprofessionalabilitiesofChineseteachersinjuniorhighschoolintheruralareasofthepoverty-strickencounty,topromotethedevelopmentoftheirprofessionalabilities,andthustochangeteachingstatusintheruralareasofthepoverty-strickencountyareimminentproblems.Inthispaper,thedevelopmentofChineseteachersprofessionalabilities
