青春期教育的个案工作介入——以苏州吴中区X学校为例中文摘要青少年是祖国的未来、民族的希望，重视和开展青春期教育，不仅关系到青少年的健康成长，而且是关系到国家前途、民族兴旺的重大课题。接受青春期教育，是每一个同学健康成长的需要。青春期是人生最美好的时期，是一个人学习知识和成长的关键时期，当然随着心理、生理的变化，会出现青少年各方面的适应性不足等问题。因此开展青春期教育是引导青少年健康成长，加强精神文明建设不可缺少的一项重要内容。本文以吴中区X学校中学生为分析群体，通过实地调研,采用文献分析、个案访谈和观察等方法进行资料的收集与整理，对青少年青春期教育现状做了调查研究,并对青春期教育问题的支撑体系进行了分析,最终确定了青春期教育问题的介入方法,即个案工作方法。在个案分析的视角下，笔者采用了心理社会治疗模式作为分析的框架，结合实地调研的真实案例，从原因分析、问题界定、目标设立、综合评估等角度进行了介入，在整合各类支持网络的基础之上最终得出了青少年行为偏差问题产生的主要原因。希望以此为青春期教育的学术研究和相关部门的政策制定提供一定的理论支撑。关键词：青少年；青春期问题；社工介入作者：沈娟娟指导老师：宋言奇Thecaseworkinterventionofadolescenteducation——AnexampleofXschoolSuZhouWuZhongDistrictAbstractTeenagersarethefutureofourmotherland,thehopeofthenation.Payingattentiontoandcaringoutadolescenteducation,isnotonlyrelatestothehealthygrowthofteenagers,butalsoitisimportantissuewhichisrelatedtonationalfutureandnationalprosperity.Toaccepttheadolescenteducation,istheneedofeverystudent’shealthygrowth.Adolescenceisthebestperiodoflife,andisthekeytoapersonallearningknowledgeandgrowthperiod,ofcourse,withthepsychologicalandphysiologicalchanges;therewillbetheproblemssuchaslackingofadaptabilityoftheadolescent.Thereforecarryingouttheadolescenteducationisanimportantcontentthatguidethehealthygrowthofteenagersandstrengthentheconstructionofspiritualcivilizationoftheindispensable.Inthispaper,wetookthemiddleschoolstudentsatXschoolinWuZhongDistrictfortheanalysisofthepopulation,throughfieldresearch,literatureanalysis,caseinterviewandobservationmethodfordatacollectionandsorting,dototheresearchaboutthestatusofadolescenteducationyoungpeople,supportsystemandtheeducationoftheadolescentproblemsareanalyzed,andultimatelydeterminedtheinterventionmethodsofadolescenteducationproblem,namelycaseworkmethod.Intheperspectiveofcasestudies,theauthorusedthepsychosocialtherapypatternastheanalysisframework,combinedwithfieldinvestigationandstudyofrealcases,fromthecauseanalysis,problemdefinition,targetestablishment,theperspectiveofcomprehensiveevaluationofintervention,onthebasisoftheintegrationofvariouskindsofsupportnet
