And investigate the effect of Qing Re Hua Yu Granule on PERK and GRP78 about cerebral ischemia tolerance. Methods 80 sprague-Daw1ey rats were divided into 4 groups randomly. Every group had 20 rats. They were SO group, SO+MCAO group, BIP group and QRHY group. BIP and QRHY group would operate the brain ischemia preconditioning 10min, and then bred the rats 3 days. During 3 days, we would give the rats of BIP group irrigation stomach by Etc solution Physiological saline twice a day, and give the QRHY group by etc solution of Qing Re Hua Yu Granule also twice a day. After 3 days later, we were going to operate the rats by cerebral blood ischemia processing 2 hours. We operated the rats of SO group by sham-operation instead of the brain ischemia preconditioning and cerebral blood ischemia processing. And the surplus steps were just the same as BIP group. The SO+MCAO group were operated by sham-operation instead of the brain ischemia preconditioning, and the surplus steps were just the same as BIP group as well. Using the Longa’s score to observed and study the neural behavior change amange the four groups. By Application HE dyeing method to observe the change of Nerve damage and cerebral infarction volume after using Qing Re Hua Yu Ke Li to rats pretreatment. Using immunohistochemical observations to study the former apoptosis molecule PERK and the former live molecule GRP78 which with the expression of the change in ischemia half dark. Results ○1 Neural Behavior result: except SO groups, every group had Neural Behavior change. By the Longa Score, so group
