中文摘要 摘 要 我国现代高校的建设历史最早可以追溯到 20 世纪初期，发展至今经历了建国前、建 国初期、建国中期以及改革开放后等多个社会建设节点。进入 21 世纪，我国高等教育快 速发展为高校校园的建设带来了挑战。就位于城市主城区中的建设历史较为久远的高校 校园而言，校园教学重心向新校园的转移，校园新型教育教学功能智能的扩充对校园未 来的建设提出了新的要求。因此，面对城市主城区高校校园整体现状与未来发展要求之 间的矛盾，如何在兼顾延续校园既有形态，重视校园保留价值的同时思考适合与当下的 校园更新方法显得尤为重要。 本文以南京主城区的高校校园为研究对象，着眼于高校未来发展，从校园整体形态 角度出发，结合南京城市地域性特点，探讨具有可行性的校园更新策略。论文根据校园 建设时期的不同将南京主城区高校校园分为在建国前既有基础上调整形成的校园和建国 后新建的校园两类，分别选取代表校园实例进行实地调研和资料收集。通过对校园整体 形态更新历程的梳理与分析，从“轴”、“架”、“丛”、“界”等形态组成元素的角度分析 两类南京主城区校园整体形态更新内容，并进一步对两类校园整体形态更新中所反映出 的共同性和差异性特点进行比较，总结出具有普遍性的南京主城区高校校园整体形态更 新规律。运用研究规律，通过更新基础的准备、更新思路的整理、更新策略的实施，探 讨适应于南京高校校园的整体形态更新方法，探寻利用建筑全周期规律，盘活校园资产 的新思路。论文以河海大学清凉山校区 2011 规划方案为例，在对清凉山校区所存在的问 题进行梳理与分析的基础上，运用前文研究成果，对具体更新策略的可行性进行验证。 对于南京主城区高校校园整体形态更新的相关研究重点在于形态更新规律的总结与 运用。探寻赋予南京主城区高校校区新的定位，解决校园衰落所带来的现实问题的新方 法，为在保存校园既有风格、传承校园文脉的同时应对校园未来发展要求开辟新的思路。 全文共约 61453 字，图表 122 幅（其中图 120 幅，表 2 幅） 关键词：南京主城区 高校校园 整体形态 更新规律 更新策略 I II II III III 英文摘要 ABSTRACT The modern university building history of our country can be traced back to the early twentieth century, it has developed through many social construction node like before the founding of the county, early days of the county, medium-term of the county and the reform and opening up of the county. Into the 21st century, Chinas rapid development of higher education makes the challenge for the university campus construction. The campus located in the main area of the city has a long history, the center gravity of construction transfer to the new campus, the expansion of new education and teaching function bring the requirements for future construction. So faced with the contradiction between the present situation of the campus and future development, the most important thing is thinking the way to fit with the current campus update, continuing the morphology of the campus and concerning the preservation value.
