摘要随着城市化进程的不断进行，城市人口逐渐增多，城市居民的正常用水安全问题越来越严重。同时，由于人们的生活水平不断提高，对饮用水品质的要求也越来越高。因此对居民用水的保障不仅仅只是在自来水厂的建设上，必须同时对水源进行保护，这样才能保证居民正常用水的质量，为居民提供高质量的日常用水。目前由于大环境的恶化而导致的水源污染，使得传统的净水技术不能获得安全的饮用水；同时，在水的运输、储存等各环节还可能存在对饮用水的二次污染。因此必须重视自来水等各种饮用水的安全性研究，加强集中水源地的环境保护工作，从源头保障饮用水的水质。南充市现有水源地为嘉陵江清泉寺水源地，属于河流型水源地，是南充市市辖三区（顺庆区、高坪区、嘉陵区）和西充县的主要生活用水来源。随着城市发展，城市规模的扩大，现有水源地4个取水口均处于城市建成区域，被城区包围，城区龙门镇、小龙镇、潆溪镇等地生活、工业废水排放口位于保护区内，其中潆溪镇的生活污水和工业废水排放口位于现有水源地一级保护区内，饮用水源地未能得到有效的保护。将现有水源地取水口上移至城市规划建成区以外，在嘉陵江右岸搬罾镇小河坝村和左岸江陵镇石盘村新建江西和江东两个取水口，从水源地的源头出发，保障南充市城区供水的水质。关键词：饮用水；水源地；城市规划；水源污染AbstractWiththeongoingprocessofurbanization,theurbanpopulationisgraduallyincreasing,thenormalurbanwatersecurityproblemisgettingworse.Meanwhile,thepeopleslivingstandardcontinuoustoimproveandthequalityofdrinkingwaterrequirementsarealsoincreasing.Therefore,theprotectionofresidentialwaterisnotjustintheconstructionofthewaterplant,watersourcesmustbeprotectedsoastoensurethequalityofnormalwaterforresidents,providehighqualitydrinkingwaterforresidents.Currentlywaterpollutionduetothedeteriorationoftheenvironment,thetraditionalwaterpurificationtechnologycan’thaveaccesstosafedrinkingwater;meanwhile,ineachlinkofwatertransportandstorage,theremaybesecondarypollutionofdrinkingwater.Therefore,wemustattachimportancetosafetystudyonvariouswaterandotherdrinkingwater,strengthenthecentralizedwatersourceenvironmentalprotectionandprotectionofdrinkingwaterfromthesource.NanchongCity,theJialingRiverQingquantemplewaterastheexistingwatersource,whichbelongstoriverstype,isthemainlivingwatersourceofShunqingDistrict,GaopingDistrict,JialingdistrictandXichongcounty.Withurbandevelopment,expansionofcitysize,fourwaterintakesoftheexistingwatersourceswerebuiltinthecityarea,surroundedbythecity.UrbandistrictLongmenTown,XiaolongTown,Yingxitownandotherplacesoflivingandindustrialwastewateroutfalllocatedinprotectedareas,whereYingxitownofdomesticsewageandindustrialwastewateroutfalllocatedinanexistingwatersourceprotectionareas,drinkingwatersourceshasnotbeeneffectivelyprotected.Movi
