(QRRS) is listed as the leading one in the field of freight car and railway crane design and manufacture and also an export base in China. QRRS is a subsidiary of China CNR Corporation Limited. QRRS holds four manufacture bases distributed in Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Dalian and Harbin. With annual capability of manufacturing 15,000 cars, repairing 10000 cars, manufacturing and repairing 30 railway cranes and manufacturing key components and parts for 15,000 cars, the product accounts for 20% of the domestic market. The economic globalization brings salient changes to the business environment of QRRS. The export strategy has become the necessary choice for QRRS in term of long term development. The export has brought great economic and social benefits for QRRS. The export strategy study is essential for sustaining and long term development for QRRS. At present, the international environment and international protectionism are getting more and more severe. The lasting high manufacture cost and safety and quality issues of exported products are becoming prominent.
