ABSTRACTThecountynewsportalAdministrativeRegion,Countyregionalboundariesandinterviewsboundariesasthemaintarget,reportedlocalallkindsofnewsandinformationportal.Thistypeofsiteusuallychildbirthingovernmentagenciesandtraditionalmediatoassumesocialresponsibilitiesandobligationsdeterminedbyitsmediaproperties,andplayedanactiveroleinthedisseminationofinformationandpublicopinionguidance,hasnowbecomeChinasInternetnewsandpropagandaanimportantpartofthesystem,isalsoamajorfeatureofnewsdisseminationandnetworkcommunicationfield.Thepurposeofthedevelopmentstatusofthedistrictandcountynewsportal,stillintheinitialstageofthegroping,tosomeextentitcanbesaidornewerthings,itcanbesaidyettofindthematuredevelopmentdirectioninlinewithitsowncharacteristicsanddevelopmentstrategy.Thus,ourattentionincountynewsportaltocapitalizeonthetrend,toreformandenhancelocalconditions,breakingtheshacklesandbottlenecks,togreetthearrivalofaprosperityera.Themaincontentofthispaperisto38districtsandcountiesinChongqingmunicipaldistrictswithinnewsportal,forexample,basedontheconsiderationofthefunctionofpositioninganddevelopmentstrategy,weexplorethelocalrepresentativesignificanceofChongqingnewsportalsNews,e-governmentandregionalimageoftheaspectsoftheconstructionoftheimportantissues.Specifically:Largelylocalnewscontenthasbeenwellprepared,isdirectlyrelatedtothecountynewsportalpageviews,andisdirectlyrelatedtoitssocialimpact,directlyrelatedtothedegreeofrecognitionit.Needsoflocalnewsintheriseofcountynewsportal,aswellastocreatethecorecompetitivenessofthecountynewsportal.Throughanalysistoestablishe-governmentnewsportalofthecountiesofChongqing.Wearetryingtoexplorerelatedstrategytobuildthecountynewsportalwebsiteinformationcredibility.Asaresult,thecountynewsportalalsowillagreethatwellsupnotoutofinformationgatheringplaceforlocalresidentslivingbeing,fromwhichadependencyandtrust,therebyenhancingthelocalprestigeofthedistrictandcountynewsportal,tocreateasaregionalinformationreleaseplatform.Thefinaldisseminationofresultstocreateagoodimag
