山东科技大学工商管理硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学工商管理硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 在当今市场经济条件下，随着市场信息化的迅猛发展，竞争的日益激烈，企业所处 的环境瞬息万变，面临着各种各样的风险，财务风险管理理念和技术已备受企业的高度 重视。财务风险是市场竞争的必然产物，它贯穿于企业生产经营管理活动的整个过程， 是财务管理的战略核心，对实现企业财务管理目标具有重要的意义。 财务风险是企业在财务活动中受到很多不确定性因素的作用影响，导致财务收益达 不到预期收益而给企业带来损失的机会或可能性。在现代市场经济中，财务风险客观、 广泛的存在于企业的理财活动中，无法被完全消除，而只能采取行之有效的措施加以防 范和控制。因此，如何对企业的财务风险进行有效地控制和管理，以价值为导向，以成 本为原则，把风险控制在一个合理的范围内，强化风险意识，以实现企业价值最大化， 已成为现代企业财务管理的工作重点。 本文以山东合兴科技发展有限公司在生产经营过程中面临的财务风险为研究对象， 结合相关理论指导，在对其财务状况和内外部环境影响因素进行分析的基础上，分别从 筹资风险、投资风险、营运资金风险以及收益分配风险这四个方面对公司的财务风险状 况作了深入的分析研究，并针对存在的问题，提出了该公司防范和控制财务风险的对策， 以期为合兴公司在财务风险控制方面提供理论指导，也为其快速发展营造一个相对安全 和稳定的环境，为其顺利上市提供保障。 关键词：财务风险；风险分析；风险控制 Abstract In the condition of modern market economy, as the rapid development of market information and the increasingly intense competition, the which is facing is changing and enterprise also is facing all kinds of risks. In this kind of environment, financial risk management ideas and technology already has the attention of the enterprise. Financial risk is the inevitable outcome of the market competition, it lies in the whole process of the production and operation of enterprises management activities, it is the strategy core of the enterprise strategic management, and it has an important significance to achieve enterprise financial goal. Financial risk is that the influence of some uncertain factors in financial activity causes deviation of enterprise financial returns and expected return, thus suffers from opportunity or possibility of loss. Under the conditions of market economy, financial risk is objective existence, the enterprise can only take effective measures to prevent and control the risk, and not be completely eliminate risk.
