摘要山东省一直以来是中国的经济大省，无论其国民经济总量还是工业产值总量在全国排名都十分靠前，因此，其经济发展一直是研究的重点，尤其是制造业，作为经济发展的主导，其集聚研究更是受到广泛关注。因此，对于山东省制造业集聚的系统性研究具有重要的现实意义。文章主要以产业集聚相关理论为基础，借鉴国内外对制造业集聚研究的已有成果，通过对山东省制造业发展现状、集聚水平、制造业集聚影响因素的实证研究，得出相应结论，从而为山东省制造业发展提出对策性建议。研究发现：（1）发展现状：从总量来看，制造业工业总产值较高，且总量在连续增长，但是增速在下降，有些行业甚至出现了负增长；从分行业比重来看，劳动力密集型产业比重较高，但是比重在不断下降，而知识密集型产业比重在不断上升。（2）集聚水平：从地域看来，烟台、青岛、潍坊等地是山东省总产值最高的地市，而菏泽、枣庄等经济落后的地市是总产值最低的地市；从行业看来，根据区位商和空间基尼系数，大部分行业集聚水平都不具有集聚优势，且集聚度有下降趋势，只有纺织业15行业处于集聚优势地位；从空间计量结果看来，山东省制造业的Moran’sI指数均大于零，且P通过显著性检验，由此说明Moran’sI指数显著性较好，表明山东省制造业行业之间存在空间正相关性。（3）实证部分：通过传统面板数据模型和空间计量模型得出，出口水平、企业平均规模、交通运输和科学技术水平四个因素是影响制造业集聚的主要积极因素因素，而劳动力成本则是制约山东省制造业集聚的消极因素。通过以上内容的研究分析，得出了山东省制造业发展的现状与集聚水平，进而通过影响因素的实证研究找出影响山东省制造业集聚的主要原因，为山东省制造业的后续发展提供重要的参考。关键词：山东省制造业集聚影响因素空间计量AbstractShandonghasbeenaneconomicbigprovincewithitstotalGDPandindustrialoutputrankingveryhighinthecountry.Asaresult,itseconomicdevelopmentisalwaysakeypointofresearch,especiallymanufacturingindustry.Asthedominantindustryofeconomicdevelopment,theresearchofmanufacturingindustryattractsmuchattention.ThesystemicresearchofmanufacturingindustryagglomerationinShandongprovinceisofgreatsignificance.Thepapermainlystudiesthefollowingcontents:presentdevelopmentsituationofShandongmanufacturingindustry,itsagglomerationlevelandtheempiricalresearchofinfluencefactorsaboutmanufacturingagglomeration.Basedontheresearch,thepapermakestheconclusionandputsforwardsomesuggestions.Throughthestudysomeconclusionscanbemade.(1)Thepresentdevelopmentsituation:thegrossindustrialoutputvalueofmanufacturingindustryishighandthetotalamountisincontinuousgrowth,butthegrowthrateisdecliningwithsomeindustriesevenpresentingnegativegrowth;fromtheproportionpoint,theproportionoflabor-intensiveindustryishigherbuttheproportionisfalling.Theknowledge-intensiveindustryproportionkeepsrising.(2)theagglomerationlevel:fromthegeographicalpointofview,Yantai,Qingdao,Weifangarethecitieswithhighestoutputsinshandongprovince,andthesituationofeconomicallybackwardcitiessuchasZaozhuangHeze,isquitetheopposite;Fo
