山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 1 1 摘要 近年来中小企业集群发展非常迅速，成为当地经济的重要支柱和就业的重要渠道。 山东省中小企业集群为山东省区域经济发展起到了极大的促进作用，是区域经济发展的 重要动力。而山东省区域优势，经济环境也为山东省的中小企业集群健康发展创造了得 天独厚的发展空间，引导当地中小企业集群的健康、快速发展。山东省中小企业集群与 区域经济协调发展才能进一步发挥区域优势，提高二者竞争力。发展中小企业集群对于 山东省经济的腾飞将起到至关重要的作用。 本文首先在分析山东省目前区域经济与中小企业集群现状基础上，通过构建山东省 中小企业产业集群演化模型，以青岛市中小企业产业集群发展演化为例进行了仿真模拟， 为分析山东省中小企业集群的发展趋势提供了直观的分析工具。其次，运用灰色关联分 析方法对山东省中小企业集群与区域经济发展的各项指标进行了关联分析，中小企业集 群发展对提高就业率，增加国家财政税收等方面均有很强的关联性。基于 GM(1,1)模型 对山东省中小企业集群与区域经济相关指标发展潜力进行了未来 10 年的预测，包括 对 规 模以上中小企业工业总产值、全省 GDP、全部工业总产值、规模以上工业总产值以及规 模以上中小企业年均就业人数等。显示出山东省中小企业集群与区域经济良好发展趋势。 最后分析了山东省中小企业集群与区域经济互动发展并给出建议。 关键字：中小企业集群，区域经济，协调发展，灰色系统分析 2 2 ABSTRACT The sma ll and med ium enterprise clusters developing very fast in recent years and becoming the most important support for loca l economy and channel for employment. The sma ll and med ium enterprise clusters of Shandong province pla y a great role in regiona l economic development and mot ivity to regions ’ economic development. The regiona l and economic advantage of Shandong province provides an advantaged develop space for sma ll and med ium enterprise clusters ’ healthy development, and lead the cluster develope d healthy and fast. The development of sma ll and med ium enterprise clusters should balance with the regiona l economic, so that the regiona l advantage can be exerted and both of the compet itive power can be improved. Developing sma ll and med ium enterprise clusters pla y an important role in Shandong province ’s economic.
