浙江工业大学硕士学位论文商业银行公司信贷风险对策研究—以 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 商业银行公司信贷风险对策研究—以 A 银行为例 万方数据 万方数据 商业银行公司信贷风险对策研究——以 A 银行为例 摘 要 受中国经济增速持续放缓的影响，在过去的几年中，商业银行不良贷款余 额和占比不断上升，且幅度有所扩大。随着我国经济进入“新常态”，商业银行 的外部经营环境发生的巨大的变化。虽然国家颁布的稳增长政策仍将重点支持基 础设施建设，政府将继续实施积极的财政政策和中性偏松的货币政策，存贷比监 管将进一步调整优化，商业银行面临的政策和市场环境将会得到改善，但是经济 增速放缓在短期内仍将对银行业的风险管理造成一定的压力，如果企业信用风险 状况没有根本改观，商业银行资产质量就会继续下行。另外，利率市场化持续推 进、互联网金融快速发展等因素也会对商业银行构成挑战和压力。 作为贯穿银行各项业务的“防火墙”，公司信贷风险管理是商业银行经营管 理中至关重要的工作。研究和完善商业银行公司信贷风险管理体系不仅能有效提 升单个银行的资产质量，推动信贷业务的发展，还可以在一定程度上降低因单个 或少数几个商业银行的巨额亏损或者破产而引起的金融系统风险以及对实体经 济的巨大冲击。 本文选择 A 银行杭州分行公司信贷风险管理体系对位研究对象，立足于我国 商业银行公司信贷风险管理现状，深入分析公司信贷风险产生的原因，力图通过 结合目前国外商业银行公司信贷风险管理方式来分析 A 银行杭州分行公司信贷 风险管理体系的不足之处，并从培育商业银行新型健康的信贷文化、培养专业化 团队和完善组织架构、健全风险等级评定制度、规范贷款流程和检查机制、形成 全员风险管控的企业文化等方面提出 A 银行杭州分行公司信贷风险管理对策建 议。 关键词：商业银行，公司信贷，风险管理 3 4 Research on Corporate Credit Risk Management of Commercial Bank----Based on A Bank ABSTRACT Under the influence of the continuous slowdown of China’s economic growth, the non-performing loan balance and proportion of commercial banks have risen continuously and the rising range has extended in the past few years. As Chinas economy has entered a ‘new normal’, great changes have occurred to the external operating environment of commercial banks. Though steady growth policies promulgated by the state will still focus on supporting infrastructure construction, the government will continue to implement a proactive fiscal policy and a neutral but partial loose monetary policy so that the loan-to-deposit ratio regulation will be further adjusted and optimized, and the policy and market environment commercial banks face will get improved. However, the slowdown of economic growth will still bring certain pressure to the risk management of banking industry in the short term, and if the corporate credit risk situation is not improved fundamentally, the asset quality of commercial banks will continue to drop.
