西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 山岳型风景旅游区空间结构规划模式研究 ——以合阳武帝山为例 专 业：城乡规划学 硕 士 生：李丹 指导教师：张沛教授 摘 要 近年来旅游业迅速发展，已成为我国的支柱型产业，空间结构研究为旅游空 间的合理布局与发展、旅游资源的合理开发与利用以及旅游的可持续发展等方面 提供了基础性的支撑。风景旅游区作为区域旅游的重要载体，从微观物质层面对 旅游业的发展有着重要的影响作用。山岳型风景旅游区作为我国风景旅游区中的 重要角色，迎来良好发展契机的同时也面临着更高的市场要求。在山岳型风景旅 游区发展中，空间结构规划的研究对于山岳型风景旅游区未来的发展显得尤为重 要。 本课题以山岳型风景旅游区空间结构为研究对象，通过对国内外研究现状的 梳理，总结出空间结构研究的基础理论，在国内典型案例分析的基础上，将实践 与理论相结合，对山岳型风景旅游区规划模式进行研究，分析山岳型风景旅游区 空间结构特征，在特征分析中辨析山岳型风景旅游区空间结构要素及特点。山岳 型风景旅游区空间结构由于各要素生命周期的成长导致了山岳型风景旅游区空间 结构的阶段性演变，先后经历了增长极模式、点轴模式以及核心圈层模式。 研究山岳型风景旅游区空间结构的规划模式，首先采用“四态+一态”即生态、 文态、业态、形态以及动态的研究方法，明确山岳型风景旅游区空间结构的影响 要素，分析其外在动力机制及内生影响机制作用的基础上，探讨出山岳型风景旅 游区空间结构规划模式，即基础层面、项目层面、组织层面进行不同导向的三维 山岳型风景旅游区空间结构规划模式。其次深入研究该模式的实现路径，并总结 出山岳型风景旅游区空间结构不同阶段的典型模式。最后以合阳武帝山为例，进 行实例研究，并提出相应的规划策略。 关键词：山岳型景区；空间结构；规划模式；合阳武帝山 The reasearch of spatial structure planning mode in mountains scenic tourism area —— A case study of He Yang Wu Di Mountain Specialty: Urban Planning Postgraduate: Li Dan Instructor: Professor Zhang Pei ABSTRACT The tourism which developed rapidly in recent years has become a pillar industry of China.
