AbstractRecentyears,majorcitiesareengagedinmetropolisorcommercialcenterplanningandconstruction,therefore,theresearchofcommercialaggregationhasimportantpracticalsignificance.TakingthecommercialaggregationofHaidiandistrictasanexample,thepaperanalysethecompetitivepoweroftheHaidiandistrict’scommercialaggregationintheoryandpractice.TherearesimilarproblemsinmanyurbanoradministrativeregionjustsameasthosefacedwithinthepromotingofcompetitivenessofHaidiandistrictcommercialaggregation.It’sofgreatsignificancetodothetheoryandpracticeresearchofthissubject.Thispaperadoptthetheoreticalandpracticeanalyticalmethod.ThroughtheliteratureliquidateworkofrelatedcommercialaggregationtheoryandtheresearchofthecurrentsituationofHaidiandistrict’scommercialaggregationcompetitiveness,thepaperputforwardthereasonsthatleadtothebadsituationofcompetitivenessofHaidiandistrictcommercialaggregation.Specificallyspeaking,thesereasonsincludethelackingofHigh-endcommercialaggregationelements,theunconspicuoussituationofcommercialaggregationcharacter,theunbalanceofthecommercialaggregation’sdevelopment,theunreasonablestructureofthebusiness,andtheinsufficientconditionofthecommercialaggregationdegree.Tosolvetheseproblems,thepaperproposesseveralapproachsrespectivelyingovernment’sandcorporation’sview.Thegovernmentshouldfirststrengthenthefunctioninprovidingthesystemguaranteeandexplorethecommercialaggregationmanagementmode.Afterthat,itshouldpromotethebalanceddevelopmentofHaidiandistrictcommercialaggregationanddrivetheupgradeofbusinessstructure.Andthen,itshouldpromotethedevelopmentofintermediaryagenciesandguaranteetheprofessionals’supplying.Thelast,itshouldimprovestatisticalstandardandsoon.Toenterprises,itshouldactivelyconductthemanagementandbusiness-shapeinnovation,anddogreateffortinremodelingthecommercialpositioning,promotingtheenterprise’ssoftpower,introducingandcultivatingprofessionals,pushingthebenigncooperationandcompetitionofenterprisesincommercialaggregation,payingcloseattentiontotheconsumer’sdemandandpromoting
