摘要设备维修计划是制造业生产计划的重要组成部分，它对提高设备的生产效率、工作时的可靠性和降低设备的维修成本具有重要的影响。针对我国制造业设备维修管理所存在的问题和现代制造环境下设备维修的特点，分析了制定设备维修计划的目的，综合考虑设备生产的可靠性和设备维修的经济性，构建了设备维修计划多目标综合优化模型，辅助企业提高了制定设备维修计划的能力。论文的主要工作有：1、通过对设备维修优化策略的分析，综合考虑设备可靠性和维修成本以及故障率随时间的变化规律，提出了以可靠性为中心和序列预防性维修的维修策略。2、论证了实际生产情况下优化模型建立的条件，用威布尔分布条件下的设备的平均可靠性对可靠性建模，用最小维修成本、预防维修成本和停工损失表示设备维修成本，通过役龄回退因子的应用，建立了可靠性-维修成本多目标优化模型。3、介绍了多目标优化的帕累托最优解概念，并分析了粒子群算法的应用优势，给出了多目标粒子群优化算法求解可靠性-维修成本模型的基本步骤。4、结合工程实例，在MATLAB平台下，应用多目标粒子群优化算法对模型算例进行了求解。通过对计算结果的分析，能够得到一系列使设备可靠性足够高且维修成本足够低的维修计划。论文的研究工作实现了设备可靠性-维修成本多目标优化，能够为企业制定合理的维修计划提供借鉴和参考，具有一定的工程应用价值。关键词：维修计划维修策略可靠性-维修成本模型多目标优化粒子群算法AbstractAsakeypartofmanufacturingproductionplanning,equipmentmaintenanceplanningplaysanimportantroleonimprovingtheproductionefficiency,equipmentreliabilityandreducingthemaintenancecosts.Aimingattheequipmentmaintenanceproblemsandcharacteristicsofdomesticmanufactureenterprisesunderthemodernmanufacturingcircumstance,thetargetsofequipmentmaintenanceplanningareanalyzed.Consideringtheequipmentreliabilityandeconomy,amulti-objectiveoptimizationmodelofequipmentmaintenanceplanningisconstructed,whichcanimprovethedecision-makingabilitiesofenterprise.Themainworkofthedissertationisasfollows:Theoptimizationstrategyisanalyzed.Consideringtheequipmentreliability,theeconomyandthevariationoffailurerate,thestrategiesofreliabilitycenteredandsequencepreventivemaintenanceareproposed.Theconditionofestablishingoptimizationmodelisdemonstrated.ThereliabilitymodelisestablishedbytheaveragereliabilityofWeibulldistribution.Themaintenancecostsincludesminimumcosts,preventivecostsanddowntimelosses.Accordingtotheagereductionfactor,thereliability-maintenancecostsmodelisestablished.TheParetooptimalsolutionofmulti-objectiveoptimizationisintroduced.Byanalyzingtheadvantagesofparticleswarmoptimization,theproceduresofsolvingthereliability-maintenancecostsmodelareformulated.Intermsofengineeringpractice,theexampleissolvedbymulti-objectiveparticleswarmoptimizationwithMATLAB.Basedontheanalysisofresult,aseriesofplantomaketherel
