urgentneedofaseriesofsupportservices;Theexpertshadapositiveattitudetowardsocialsupportservicesandaffirmedthenecessityandfeasibility.Thesecondpartisaninvestigationofthewillingnessofcaregiverstopaycaregiversupportservices.Objectives:Conductedthequantitativestudytofurtherevaluatethelevelofdemandofcaregiversupportservicesfromtheperspectiveofcaregivers,andexploringcaregivers’willingnesstopaysupportservicesandinfluencesfactors.Methods:Investigated277familycaregiversofseniorsusedContingentValuationMethod（CVM）.Results:①Willingtopayornot：Therewere190（68.6%）caregivershadwillingnesstopaythegeneralsupportservice;Caregivers’willingnessofconcisesupportservicesweredifferent,thetopfiveitemsare:rehabilitationserviceshad182（65.7%）caregivers,patientreferralservicehad178（64.3%）caregivers,communitymealdeliveryhad177（61.7%）caregivers,modifysecurityenvironmentofhomehad167（60.2%）caregivers,assistactivitiesofdailyliving（bathing,dressing,eating,toileting,etc.）had166（59.9%）caregivers;Thebottomfiveitemsare:alternativepaymentofutilitieshad148（53.4%）caregivers,culturalandrecreationalactivitieshad149（53.8%）caregivers,roleadaptationtraininghad149（53.8%）caregivers,andpressurereleasetraininghad150（54.2%）caregivers.②Theamountofmoneythatwillingtopay：caregiversinthisstudyhadvaryingdegreesofwillingnesstopay,ingeneral,theamountthatcaregiverswillingtopayislow,manycaregiversselectedtheoptionoflowmoneyiteminquestionnaireinthisstudy.③Theinfluencefactorsofwillingnesstopaygeneralsupportservicesare:age,familyhistoryofdisease,thenumberofpeoplewhohelpedtotakecareoftheresponsibility,thetimeofcareduration,monthlyfamilyincome.Conclusions:Theattitudeoffamilycaregivertowardsupportservicesispositiveandthedegreeofwillingnesstopayfordifferentsupportservicesaredifferent;Thissuggestedhealthserviceprovidersshouldvigorouslycarryoutcaregiversupportservicesthatcanmeettheurgentneedofcaregivers.KEYWORDS:FamilyCaregiver,Senior,SupportServices,SocialSupport,WillingnesstoPay,ContingentValuationMethod上海市老年人家庭照顾者社会支持性服务的研究第一章绪论目前我国老龄
