双目主动视觉监测平台设计分析-design and analysis of binocular active vision monitoring platform
摘要为了解决并联机器人“盲”工作状态,提高并联机器人运动精度,本课题组提出了一种对并联机器人工作空间进行监测的双目主动视觉平台。本文以该监测平台作为研究对象,应用虚拟样机技术对其结构设计进行深入探讨,研究内容主要包括以下几个方面:提出一种可实现双目主动视觉的机型,该机型基于圆形导轨,具有灵活主动双目结构,可实现全空间、多视角检测,具有视觉避让能力。利用矩阵变换方法进行运动学分析,建立该机构的数学模型,确定摄像机坐标系和世界坐标系之间的变换关系,推导位置、速度、加速度正反解公式。基于虚拟样机设计方法构建了视觉检测平台的装配体模型,应用COSMOSMotion进行动力学仿真,分析各项动力学参数,绘制出测量点处的变化曲线,使各项参数的表达更加直观。基于网格划分方法,利用COSMOSWorks对视觉检测平台中关键的运动部件进行有限元分析,得到关键零部件应力、位移和应变云图,确定各零部件的危险截面,从而可对各零部件进行优化设计。以视觉监测平台的三维参数化模型为基础,对主要零部件的结构进行优化,并对整机模型进行虚拟装配和干涉检查,保证整机设计的可靠性。参与研制了双目主动视觉监测平台样机,并对该样机进行了初步标定。利用标靶图像对摄像机的内外参数进行了标定,在此基础上对摄像机的光心坐标进行三维圆拟合,从而标定样机的结构参数和电机脉冲当量。样机可快速灵活高精运动,验证了理论分析的正确性,基本达到设计要求。关键词双目主动视觉;虚拟样机;动力学仿真;有限元分析;优化设计;标定AbstractOnaccountofblindsituationofparallelrobotsandtheneedofimprovemotiveprecisionforparallelrobots,akindofbinocularactivevisualmonitoringplatform(BAVMP),whichcanbeusedtomonitortheworkspaceofparallelrobots,isinventedbyourresearchteam.ThepaperfocusesonthestructuredesignofBAVMPwiththeapplicationofvirtualprototypingtechnology.Themaincontributionsofstudyareasfollows:Akindofmechanismbasedoncircularguidewaywiththeflexibleactivebinocularstructureisputforward,whichcanrealizethedetectionintotalspaceandwideangleandalsohavetheabilitytoavoiddangerouscondition.Byusingmatrixtransformmethod,thekinematicanalysisforthemechanismiscarriedoutandthemathematicalmodelisestablished.Sothetransformationrelationshipbetweenthecameracoordinatesystemandtheworldcoordinatesystemisconfirmed.Theforwardandinversesolutionofposition,speedandaccelerationareworkedout.Theassemblemodelofthemonitoringplatformisconstructedbasedonvirtualprototypingtechnology.BymeansofthesoftwareCOSMOSMotion,thedynamicalsimulationiscarriedout.Thedynamicsparametersareanalyzedandthechangingcurveofmeasuringpointsareplottedsoastodescribedistinctly.Basedonthegriddingplotmethod,thefiniteelementanalysisaboutthemainpartsofthevisualmonitoringplatformiscarriedout,byusingthesoftwareCOSMOSWorks.Thenephogramsofstress,displacementandstrainarecreatedsothedangersectionsareobtainedandthedesignofthemainpartscanbeoptimi
