谨以此论文献给在我成长过程中给予关心和帮助的人------------左红艳山东半岛蓝黄两区设计波要素的研究摘要进入21世纪，为适应国内外形势发展变化，山东出台了一系列促进经济社会又好又快发展的重大战略。2009年11月23日，国务院正式批复《黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划》，该规划标志着黄河三角洲地区的发展上升为国家战略，成为国家区域协调发展战略的重要组成部分。2011年1月4，国务院正式批复《山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》，这标志着山东半岛蓝色经济区建设正式上升为国家战略，成为国家海洋发展战略和区域协调发展战略的重要组成部分。山东半岛响应这两大国家战略，借助其较好的地理条件及港航资源，发展海洋运输业、构建港口体系，加快半岛地区的港口的建设及发展，要将其打造成东北亚国际航运中心。而设计波要素是港口工程设计的必要条件，对港口工程建设有重要意义。本文以风场为驱动条件，运用第三代浅海海浪数值模式SWAN首先对中国东部海区进行模拟得到边界条件，再嵌套到山东半岛地区，最终得到该地区的设计波要素。本文采用的22年（1990-2011）的风场数据是通过WRF模拟计算得到的，与模拟范围内的两个观测点的实测资料验证进行验证，发现拟合效果较好；将SWAN模拟计算得到的波高和周期数据与5个观测点的实测资料进行验证，发现SWAN能很好地模拟山东半岛地区的波要素。通过模拟计算得到山东半岛1990年到2011年的波要素，以其中的2010年为例，得到了山东半岛附近12个月、四个季度的波高分布情况以及张家埠地区四个季度的波浪玫瑰图；最后综合应用这22年的波浪数据，分别提取每年16个方向的最大波高，以鳌山柴岛为例，通过PearsonⅢ型分布，计算其16个方向的100年一遇、50年一遇、20年一遇、10年一遇、5年一遇以及2年一遇的重现期波高。关键词：山东半岛；波要素；SWAN；重现期IThestudiesofdesignwaveelementsinShandongPeninsulaBlueandyellowzonesabstractEnteringthe21stcentury,toadaptitselftothechangingsituationathomeandabroad,Shandonghasstagedaseriesofmajorstrategictopromoteeconomicandsocialdevelopmentsustainablyandswiftly.OnNovember23,2009,theStateCouncilofChinahasapproved“theDevelopmentPlanningoftheYellowRiverDeltaHigh-efficiencyEco-economicZone”,whichimpliedthatthedevelopmentoftheYellowRiverDeltahasrisentonationalstrategyandbecomeanimportantpartofnationalregionalharmoniousdevelopmentstrategy.OnJanuary4,2011,theStateCouncilofChinahasapproved“thedevelopmentplanfortheShandongPeninsulaBlueEconomicZone”officially,whichindicatethatthedevelopmentoftheShandongPeninsulaBlueEconomicZonehasupgradedintoanationalstrategy,andplayansignificateroleinnationalmarineeconomicdevelopmentstrategyandregionalharmoniousdevelopmentstrategy.Shandongpeninsularesponsestothesetwonationalstrategyactively.WithitspreferablegeographicalconditionsandPortresources,throughthewayofdevelopingmarinetransportation,buildingportsystems,speedingupportconstructionanddevelopmentofthepeninsula,ShandongpeninsulacanbeaninternationalshippingcenterinNortheastAsia.Astherequirementforportengineeringdesign,thedesignw
