Title：StudyonthedevelopmentenvironmentofShanxicollegefemaletalent——BasedoninvestigationinShanxiTeachersCollegeMajor：SociologyName:XuYingSignature：Supervisor：ChangYintingSignature：AbstractOutlineoflong-termtalentdevelopmentplanningofShanxiprovince(2010-2020)waspromulgated,thetalentworkcanbeplacedinaprominentposition.Collegefemaletalentasaspecialintellectualelite,representsthemainstreamofsocialculture,theirrealsituationreflectsthesituationofwomeninsociallife,theirdevelopmentenvironmentshouldbeconcerned.Inthispaper,onthebasisofpreviousacademicresearchresults,usingthemethodofstatisticalsurveywhichfrompersonalenvironmentforthedevelopmentofwomentalentsincollegesanduniversities,collegeenvironmentandsocialenvironment.Thatwasdescribedandthestatusquoofdifferenceanalysis.RecognizedfromPersonalenvironmentpersonalhealth,incomeandthefamily;Aroundtheteachingandscientificresearchcollegesanduniversitiestheenvironmentanalysis;Socialenvironmentfocusontwoaspectsofwomensbasicrightsandinterestssafeguardandmensandwomensretirementpolicy.Onthebasisofexploringthecausesoftheformationofenvironment,andputsforwardthecountermeasuresandSuggestionsofoptimizingenvironment.Theconclusionsareasfollows:(1)thecollegefemaletalentingoodhealthsituationisnotoptimistic,thehealthstatusoffemaletalentsinuniversitiesandcollegesofdifferentages.(2)collegefemaletalentismostgroupsatmiddle-incomelevels,butcomparedwiththesimilarcollegesanduniversitiesofthecountry，thevastmajorityofwomenbelievethattheirtreatmentlowerandloweroveralllevelofwageincomesatisfaction,differenttitlesofcollegefemaletalentismeanmonthlyincomedifferenceissignificant.(3)thefamilysupportisnotstrong,theholdingtimeonmorehousework,nearlyseventypercentofwomencanttakecareofmyfamily,alsofoundthatnearlyseventypercentofwomeninfamilyandwork,giveprioritytochoosetowork.Significantdifferencewasfoundindifferentdegreeofthefamilysupportwomentalentsinuniversitiesandcolleges.(4)thetreatmentofscientificresearchincollegesanduniversitiesteachingattitudeandpersonalarenots
