In recent years, with the implementation of rising strategy in central region and the change trend of the economic situation at home and abroad, the demand of the bonded area from the inland areas is ascending. In order to adapt to the market demand both at home and abroad better, the central provinces have to try their best to develop the bonded area and export-oriented economy. As one o f the most development potential province of six provinces of central China, under the background of the eastern industrial transfer and the national policy support, how to make use of the bonded area to promote the development of export-oriented economy in Hubei province, has the very strong practical significance.
