AbstractObjective:Tounderstandandanalyzethesituationoforthopedicnursingmanpowerresourcesandfindoutthedegreeofhowtheclinicalnursesindifferentclassesofpositionsbeingmatchedwiththeirabilitylevelsingrade-ⅢgeneralhospitalinShanghai.ToestablishaclassificationsystemoforthopaedictraumanursesingradeⅢgeneralhospitalinShanghai.ToestablishtheclassifiedallocationmodeoforthopaedictraumanursesingradeⅢgeneralhospitalinShanghaiaccordingtonursingworkloadofpatients’needandthestandardidealworkinghoursofnurses.Methods:1、Onthebasisofliteraturereview,integratingclinicalpractice,researchobjectiveandtheviewofseniorexperts,usetheself-designedquestionnairetoinvestigatethesituationoforthopedicnursingmanpowerresourcesandthedegreeofhowtheclinicalnursesindifferentclassesofpositionsbeingmatchedwiththeirabilitylevelsingrade-ⅢgeneralhospitalinShanghai;2、DelphimethodwasusedtoestablishaclassificationsystemoforthopaedictraumanursesingradeⅢgeneralhospitalinShanghai;3、Focusedgroupdiscussionwasusedtoestablishpatientclassificationsystemoforthopaedictrauma,beginningandendingtimeofdirectnursingcareworkingitemsandthenewworkingflowbasedonclassificationsystemoforthopaedictraumanurses.Randomsamplingmethodwasusedtoselect3orthopaedictraumadepartmentastheresearchobjects.Timestudymethodwasusedtocollectthetotalworkinghourspershiftandthestandardidealworkinghoursindifferentlevelsofnurses,inordertoestablishtheclassifiedallocationmodeoforthopaedictraumanursesingradeⅢgeneralhospitalinShanghai.Results:1、Theallocationoforthopedicnursingmanpowerresourcescouldnotmeetpatients’clinicalneeds,mainlyreflectedintheshortageoforthopedicnursingmanpowerresources(theratioofwardbedandnursewere1:0.319and1:0.296,calculatedbytheauthorizedbedsandauthorizedbeds,respectively),unreasonableallocatedstructure(juniorprofessionaltitlesaccountedfor92.1%;agegroupismostlyconcentratedinthe20-29yearsofage,accountedfor67.06%;workinglifespanconcentratedwithin10years,accountedfor73.11%),lackofmalenurses(only2males)andinadequatetrainingmechanisms;2、Theprofe
