AbstractInthispaper,combustionsynthesisofgraphene,aseriesoftrialsandgainedsomeindependentdesignandinnovation,completedthecombustionsynthesismethodimprovementandfurtherresearch.Combiningcombustionsynthesiswithheterogeneousmachinesandmillingmicro-mechanicalautomaticmechanicalstrippingmethodmethodmethodofpreparinganumberofcomplexinquiryandverificationresultsshowthatcombustionsynthesismethodandballmillingprocessforpreparingacompoundcanbeobtainedrelativelygoodqualitygrapheneandobtainedseveralgroupsofdifferentprocessesgraphenereinforcedNi-basedcompositematerials.Homogenizerstudiedfirstwithmicro-mechanicalstrippingmethodcoarserparticlesizeofnickelpowdernickelpowderafterseparatingcoarsenanonickelpowderandthencontinuetopeelandflakegraphitecompositematerialpreparation,theresultsshowahigh-speedhomogenizercanalsobecutCutstrippingoutrelativelythingraphene,butasaresultoftheseparationofnickelpowderplusreunioncomplexprocessresultinginlowyieldsofgraphene.PreparedbyballmillingmethodseveraldifferentprocessesandhomogenizerpreparedgraphenecompositepowderandnickelpowderbyXRDtestsfoundhomogenizercompositepowderpreparedgraphite(002)peakhasweakenedandbroadeningtrend,whilethecompositepowderpreparedbyballmillinggraphite(002)peakdisappearsbymeansofSEMandTEM,indeeddocumentedexplanationballmillingmethodandpreparedalargenumberoflow-risegraphene,butwiththenickelmatrixcompositeingoodcondition,andstudieddifferentballmillingprocessonstrippingouttheimpactofthequalityofgraphene,canbeobtainedtodetermine300r×8hcontainthelargestnumberofgraphenecompositepowder.BysparksinteringprocesshasbeendifferentgraphenereinforcedNi-basedcompositematerials,byopticalandscanningelectronmicroscopyrevealedthecompositedistributionofthenumberofgraphenecompositepowdersconsistentcompositespreparedbyballmillingthesurfaceofgraphenedistributionrelativelyuniform,thehomogenizercompositematerialpreparedbyalargergraphiteappears.Propertiesofthecompositesweretested.Aftertemperaturecompressionperformancetestedcompositesismuchhigherthanth
