AbstractsPartOneSysthesisandCharacterizationofFerriso-ferroOxideNanoparticlesPurpose:TosynthesizeandcharacterizeofFerriso-ferrooxidenanoparticles(FFO-NPs).MaterialsandMethods:FFO-NPsweresynthesizedunderalkalineconditions,whilemaintainingamolarratioofFe2+：Fe3+=1:2innitrogen.FeCl2·4H2OandFeCl3·6H2Oweredissolvedunderanitrogenatmospherein50mlof5%polyethyleneglycol（PEG）solutionwithvigorousstirringat800-1000rpm.Thesolutionwaspurgedwithnitrogen(2L/min)for30mintoremoveanyoxygenpresentina250mlthree-mouthlagena.AftertheadditionofNH3·H2OtomaintainthepHofthemixturewasat10-12,ablackprecipitatewasformed30minlater.Thenthemixturewasheatedto80℃andkeptstirringfor50min.SeparatetheprecipitatebyFe-Rb-Bmagnetandwashedwith5%PEGsolution(50℃)forseventimestoremoveunreactedchemicalsanddecreasethepHofthesolutionto7.3-7.5.100mldeionizedwater,whichcontain1.5gSodiumOleate(SO),wasaddedtotheblackprecipitate.Afterkeptintothepressurecookerin150℃for2hours,themixturecooleddowntoroomtemperatureandtheprocesswasfinished.Results:Thefinalconcentrationwas4.5%(0.195mol/L).TheblackprecipitatewasFerroso-FerricOxide，whichconfirmebyX-Raydiffraction.Theshapeoftheparticlesisglobalandwell-distributedunderthevisualfieldofatransmissionelectronmicroscope.ABrookhavenZetaPALSrevealedtheFFO-NPszetapotentialwas-52.35±2.14mVandthemeandiameterwere12.35±5.41nm.Theblacksuspensionwasstableandwell-distibuteinfourmonths.Conlusion:Theself-madeFFO-NPsaresuitableforexperimentstudy.PartTwoAcuteToxicologyandDistributionofFerroso-ferricOxideNanoparticles:StudyinCellularModleandinMicePurpose：Toevaluateinfluenceoncelluarproliferation,acutetoxicologyanddistributionofFerroso-ferricoxidenanoparticles.MaterialsandMethods:MTTmethodtoevaluateinfluenceonproliferationofcelllineofHepG2.Theacutetoxicreaction，themainorgansdistributionandpathologicalmorphologyofmicewereevaluatedaftergivenFFO-NPsbyoraladministration,intravenousandintraperitonealinjectionwithdifferentdosesrespectively.DetectthedistributionofnanoparticlesbyPrussianbluestainandanalyzeth
