中文摘要目的：月经不调是以月经的周期、经期、经量、经色、经质等发生异常为特征的疾病，是妇科临床的常见和多发病。目前，在临床中，发现肾虚血瘀型月经不调病例在逐渐增多，在部分妇科疑难病证中尤为常见，但尚无详细全面的理论研究。所以，本课题意在整理归纳妇科相关的古今相关文献，进一步研究总结补肾祛瘀的基本理论。结合医史文献以及历代医家对肾虚血瘀的认识、月经不调从肾虚血瘀论治的理论基础、从肾虚血瘀型论治月经不调的意义、肾虚血瘀型月经不调的治法及历代医家临床辨治经验。从而开拓临床治疗月经不调的思路，为临床实践提供理论指导。研究方法：本研究通过采取文献整理和分析相结合的研究方法，梳理历代文献中肾虚血瘀理论形成的历史脉络。近代肾虚血瘀理论研究多集中于临床病证研究、实验研究、以及生物基础学等学科研究。通过研究历代书籍文献记载的中医学对肾虚血瘀理论的认识，撷取历代医家对肾虚血瘀相关的月经不调的医论和医句，进行进一步分析、归纳和整理。以明确肾虚血瘀的理论内涵，总结针对肾虚血瘀型月经不调的治疗方法和经验。研究结果：在肾虚血瘀的病机中，肾虚和血瘀互为因果，相互影响。一方面，肾气的功能活动异常，必然会影响到血液的正常运行。另一方面，瘀血是阴血的结聚，瘀血的形成会阻碍阴血化生肾精的功能，从而导致肾中精血的亏损，进而影响肾气生成，肾阴、肾阳随之衰少、功能降低，加重肾虚，明晰了肾虚与血瘀存在逻辑辨证关系。通过对临床治疗经验的收集整理，总结了月经不调肾虚血瘀型的治法，以及在临床治疗中的用药特点。结论：肾虚血瘀，是一种肾虚为本，血瘀为标，本虚标实的病机、症候与病证的概括。一般发生于月经不调病程的中后期，多由病程迁延而成。在治疗中，应当补虚与祛瘀并重，运用补肾药物的同时，注意活血祛瘀药物的配合应用。关键词：肾虚血瘀；月经不调；中医病机；治法TheoreticalresearchontreatmentformenstrualdisordercausedbyKidneyemptyandbloodstasisAbstractObjective:Menstaualdiseasecanbefoundcommonlyandfrequentlyintheclinicalgynecology,characterizedbyabnormalperiod,volume,colour,andproperty,inmenstruation.Currently,menstrualdiseasewithastheniaofkidneyandbloodstasisareincreasingintheclinic,whichisparticularlycommoninsomegynecologicaldiseasesyndrome.However,systematicresearchaboutthathasnotfound.Therefore,thisprojectisintendedtobesummarizedinthefinishinggynecologicalrelatedtotheancientandmodernliterature,furtherresearchtosummarizethebasictheoryofthekidneyandstasis.Toexploretheideaoftheclinicaltreatmentofmenstrualprovidesthetheoreticalguidanceforclinicalpractice.Methods:Theresearchmethodsinthisstudyatthecombinatereviewandliteratureanalysis,combingthedeficiencyandbloodstasistheoryintheancientliterature.Cardingdynastiesliteraturetheoryinthehistoryofkidneydeficiencyandbloodstasissyndrome.DeficiencyofQibloodtheorymodernfatiguestudyfocusedontheclinicalstudyondiseasesandsyndromes,experimentalresearch,aswellasthebiologicalbasisofscientificresearch.Throughthestudyofancientbooksdocumentedinthemedicalunderstandingofthedeficiencyandbloodstasistheory,toretrievetheancientphysiciansdeficiencyandblo
