AbstractAtpresent,withtheadvancementofurbanizationandindustrializationinChina,Theoutputofmunicipalsolidwasteisincreasingyearbyyear,atthemoment,whichbringsaseriousgarbageproblem,theurbanbiologicalwasteasthemainpartofmunicipalsolidwaste,Accountingfor65%to80%ofthemunicipalsolidwaste,makingmanyadverseimpactonthetraditionaldisposalwayofthemunicipalsolidwaste.Dryanaerobicfermentationhasmanyadvantagessuchashighgasproductionrate,lowdemandofwater,easydisposalrenewalandsoon,ithasbeingpopularintheurbanbiologicalwastedisposalprocess.Basedonthestudyofthedryanaerobicfermentationbothathomeandabroad,asthetwosetsofpilotdevicesforequipment,usingurbanbiologicalwasteasrawmaterialsanduseanaerobicsludgeandpigmanureforinoculum,theexperimentwascarriedout,andonthisbasis,wedesignedasetofdryanaerobicdigestive.Pilottestsconcludethemainlyincludesasfollows:Thisanaerobicdigestionexperiment,thematerialsofsolidcontentat26%,thetemperaturecontroledatabout35℃,inoculumedusinganaerobicsludgeandpigmanure,inoculationratioatabout20%,gaseffectisideal,the1#tank’sTSis120.7Kg,thegasoutputis39432L,2#tank’STSis121.3Kg,thegasoutputis36544L.DifferentkindsandproportionofinoculumonthestartuppHasehavedifferenteffectsontheacidinhibition,Theexperimentsgetanidealeffectofinoculationat20%,andtheanaerobicsludgeandpigmanureasinoculumisbetterthanonlyusinganaerobicsludge.,ThesprayingoftheagedlandfillleachatehasagoodeffecttoadjustthepHandtoimprovegasrate.Inthispaper,theanaerobicdigestiondeviceovercomesmanydifficulties，anditcanprovidecertainuntileffectforthefutureresearch.Keywords:MunicipalsolidwasteUrbanbiologicalwasteDryanaerobicfermentationEngineeringdesign目录摘要...........................................................................................................IAbstract.......................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景......................................................................................(1)1.2研究内容和意义.........................................
