ABSTRACTAntibioticspollutiontoaquaticenvironmentisbecomingmoreandmoreseriouswiththeheavyuseofantibiotics.Becauseofcostandremovalrate,existingsewagetreatmentprocesscannoteffectivelyremovetheantibioticsinwater.Thistopicusedbiomassgasificationby-productsemi-charfromJiugongmountaingasificationstation,TongshanCountry,Hubeiprovinceasrawmaterialtoprepareahighlyactivesorbentthroughdelimingactivationandloadingzero-valentironandsomeothercomponentprocess.Thesorbentwasusedtoadsorbtetracyclinefromwaterwhilekineticsandthermodynamicmodelwereusedtoexplainthereactionmechanism.Afteradsorbingsaturation,microwaveregenerationwasusedtoregeneratethemodifiedbiochar.Themainresearchcontentsandconclusionsareasfollows:Characterizationanalysismethodssuchasindustrialanalysis、elementalanalysis、SEManalysisandBETanalysiswereusedtoanalyzethecharacteristicsofmaterialbiochar.Theresultshowedthatbiocharwasrichincarbonandoxygen.Theinteriorofthebiocharhadabundantmesoporestructure.However,alotofporecanalswerefullofashandsomeporeshadnotyetbeenfullydeveloped.TheisothermaladsorptionofthebiocharcouldbedescribedbyBETadsorptionequation.Alkalineleachingandacidpicklingwereusedtodeliming.Theashcontentcouldbereducedtoalower1.95%afterde-ashing;ZnCl2wasusedasanactivatortoactivatethebiochar.Aftertheactivation,thespecificareareached586.74m2/g;vaporphasedeoxidationwasusedtoloadFe0onbiochar.TheloadingeffectprovedtobewellthroughSEM、EDXandXRDanalysis.Theadsorptivepropertyofthebiocharcouldbeimprovedsignificantlyandthespecificsurfaceareacouldreach621.27m2/gafterdelimingactivationandloadingFe0.Staticadsorptionanddynamicadsorptionexperimentshowedthatthemaximumadsorptioncapacityofthemodifiedbiochartoantibioticswas335mg/g.Pseudo-first-orderkineticsandintragranulardiffusionmodelcouldfittheadsorptionprocessperfectly.Thermodynamicanalysisprovedtheadsorptionwasaspontaneousprocessandanendothermicreaction.BothYoon-NelsonmodelandThomasmodelcoulddescribethedynamicadsorptionbehaviorappropriately.Themicrowaveregenerationexperimentindicated
