11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Y1850526 摘要 摘要 通过对中小型钢铁企业的调研、分析并根据这…行业的具体需求和现实的 条件，利用 Visual Studio.Net 2005 集成开发平台和 SQL Server2000 数据库编程 开发了此生产管理系统。系统使用 C/S 结构开发了生产现场的客户端程序，使 用 B/S 结构开发了数据查询页面，实现了 MES 系统的基本功能，满足了企业对 生产现场监控、生产数据采集的要求。显著提高了工作效率，节约了一定的生 产成本。 首先，介绍了生产管理系统的开发背景以及相关概念和主要应用的技术， 建点介绍了 OPC 技术、 Ajax 技术和串口通信技术的相关知识。随后，对生产管 理系统的实施进行了可行性分析，分别从操作、经济和技术的角度阐述开发生 产管理系统应具备的条件。重点介绍了系统几个革要功能模块的实现方法，如: OPC 服务器的搭建、 OPC 客户端的开发、串口数据的采集以及日 /S 结构的数据 查询分析页丽的实现方法。详述了生产管理系统几个主要窗体和功能的实现方 法，给出了生产管理系统的全部用例图以及部分实现代码和算法流程图，并且 以数据库关系阁的形式介绍了系统数据阵各实体之间的联系。该生产管理系统 利用 Visual Studio.Net 2005 结合 VB.NET 语言和 AS卫NET 实现生产管理系统的 主要功能。利用西门子公司的 Simatic Net 和 Step7 软件实现了 OPC 服务器的搭 建。最后，对系统进行了测试，结果表明此系统的功能都能够正常实现，并且 在 Windows 系统下均可以稳定运行。 关键词 z 中小型钢铁企业;生产管理系统 ;C/S 结构;B/S 结构;OPC 技术 11 Abstract ABSTRACT 币le product management system is desi伊ed for small and medium steel company.Which is completed by Visual Studio.Net 2005 integrated development platfonn and SQL Server2000 database 础er investigated and analysis the situation of this company.C/S struc阳re are used to develop the client program.Data search web page use B/S structure.The product management system achieved the basic functions of MES and contented with the general require for process data of production site ofsmaIl and medium steel company.
