摘要《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010－2020年）》要进一步强化教育改革发展的保障措施，就必须努力造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍。而这批教师队伍毫无疑问主要从现在的师范生中来，如果能够帮助师范生加强职业认同，尽早确立教师身份，就会为他们早日成长为合格的高素质教师，起到良好的指导作用，对他们未来的教师职业发展也不无益处。本论文在界定清楚师范生职业认同与身份建构概念的基础上，从教育学、教育社会学、教育心理学、新公共管理学等多学科视角，整合提炼出本研究的理论观点和概念模型，以期在师范生职业准备的教师教育理论和实践两个方面进行有益探索。论文分为五个部分。第一部分：绪论，主要阐释选题背景、基本概念、总体设计；第二部分：师范生身份建构过程中职业认同的理论与现实依据，主要探讨相关理论背景；第三部分：师范生身份建构过程中职业认同的调查与分析，主要从社会、学校、专业以及自身等方面查找身份建构过程中的问题；第四部分：师范生身份建构过程中职业认同教育的国外借鉴，主要对比分析欧美发达国家师范生身份建构中职业认同的教育的相关情况；第五部分：试提出师范生身份建构过程中职业认同的有效途径。关键词：师范生；身份建构；职业认同；教师教育Abstract“Outlineofnationalmediumandlong-termeducationalreformanddevelopmentprogram(2010-2020)”askedtotakesafeguardmeasurestofurtherintensifytheeducationreformanddevelopment,andwecanstrivetocreateaforceofteacherswithnobleethic,professionalknowledge,reasonablestructure,dynamicandhigh-quality.Thisgroupofteachersdefinitelyandmainlywillcomefromthepresentnormalstudentsofnormalschool,soifwecanhelpthemtostrengthencareeridentityandestablishtheirteachersidentityasearlyaspossible,theywouldbecomequalifiedteachers,playagoodleadingroleinthefuture,andaboveall,wewouldoptimizethenormalstudents’careerdevelopmentapproach.Onthebasicofclearlydefinedconceptofnormalstudentscareeridentityandidentityconstruction,theresearchtheoryandconceptmodelinthispaperaretheintegrationandrefiningofmultipleprinciplesperspectives,suchaspedagogy,educationsociology,educationalpsychology,newpublicmanagementscience,inordertodoanusefulexplorationofteachereducationtheoryandpracticeinnormalstudentscareerpreparation.Thethesisisdividedintofiveparts.Thefirstpartisanintroduction,andmainlyexplainsthebackground,basicconcept,andtheoveralldesign;thesecondpartisabouttheoreticalandrealisticfoundationofcareeridentityinprocessofnormalstudentsidentityconstruction,anditmainlydiscussestherelatedtheoreticalbackground;thethirdpartdoessomeinvestigationsandanalysisoncareeridentityinprocessofnormalstudentsidentityconstruction,mainlyreferstotheaspectsofsociety,school,professionsaswellasthestudents’ownproblem;t
