Producer services provide intermediate inputs for producers, and have important effect on economic growth and structural adjustment. The study on whether and how producer services affect the technology structure of export, not only has theoretical significance in enriching the international trade theory and the industrial economic theory, but also has practical significance in promoting the technology structure of export and achieve the transformation of foreign trade of China. Based on the existing literature, this paper analyzes the mechanism between producer services and the technology structure of export. This paper then use data envelopment analysis (DEA) further analyzes the efficiency of the producer services. In the measurement of the technology structure of export, this paper use export technology complexity index and export similarity index to analyze the current characteristics of producer services and dynamic evolution of the technology structure of export respectively. Finally, this paper build dynamic panel data model, and uses method of static OLS and dynamic panel system sys-GMM examine the impact of producer services scale, efficiency and other factors on technology structure of export. On the basis of the above content, this paper draws the following conclusions: First, the status of producer services in the economy is rising and the efficiency of productive service at the national level showed a slight negative growth. Secondly, the measuring results of the technology structure of export in technology complexity index and export similarity index indicate that the technology structure of export showed an upward trend, and the level of eastern region is higher than the central and western regions.
