信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业、租赁和商务服务业的区域专业化对碳生产率的影响不显著。最后，根据理论和实证分析，本文从充分利用当地优势差异化发展生产性服务业、优化空间布局和强化品牌印象三个方面为提高生产性服务业区域专业化水平提供政策建议，最终达到提高碳生产率，降低碳排放的目标。关键词：生产性服务业；区域专业化；溢出效应；碳生产率论文类型：应用研究IIAbstractEnergyscarcityandclimatedeteriorationcaughtthegovernment’sattention,whothenproposedaconceptoflow-carboneconomyandsustainabledevelopment.Meanwhile,producerservicescaughttheattentionofscholarsandgovernmentbecauseofitscloselyrelationshipwithotherindustry.YangtzeRiverDelta,whoseGDPhasmaintainedat20percentto30percentsince2003,wasaleaderinoureconomyandtechnologydevelopment.Shedevotedtothedevelopmentofproducerservices,walkinginfrontierofpromotinglowcarbondevelopment.Carbonemissionsisnotjustrelatedtomanufacturing,butalsoassociatedwiththeproducerservices.OilconsumptionofYangtzeRiverDeltahasincreasedatpresent,resultinginincreasingcarbondioxideemissions.Therefore,researchontheinfluenceofProductionServicesregionalspecializationtocarbonemissionshasacertainreferencevaluebothonthecoordinateddevelopmentoftheYangtzeRiverDeltaandothereconomicregionswhowantstodevelopproducerservices.Whenresearchtheinfluenceofproducerservicesregionalspecializationoncarbonemissions,firstly,thispapercarriedoutaqualitativeanalysis.Basedonspecialization,regionalspecializationandtransactioncosts,theeffectmechanismofproducerservicesofregionalspecializationtocarbonemission,fromthetheoreticallevelwithdifferentpoints,hasbeendiscussed.Itisconsideredthatcarbonemissionswillbereduced,andthedevelopmentoflow-carbontechnologieswillbepromoted,whichcanproducemorehigh-qualitylow-carbonproducts,ultimately,carbonproductivityimproved.Combinedwithdataanalysis,thedevelopmentofproducerservicesinYangtzeRiverDeltahasbeendiscussed.Then,producerservicesregionalspecializationandcarbonproductivityaredescribed,meanwhile,byconstructingindicatorsincludingregionalspecialization,withinC-Dfunctiontheorymodel,quantitativeanalysistheinfluencedegreeofproducerservicesoncarbonIIIemissions,andtheroleofindustrysegmentsintheDeltaArea.Itcomesoutapositiveeffect.Thenthe
