AbstractInrecentyears,themethodofusingthefingerprintofcorpsetofakethefingerprintoflivingbodyismoreandmorepopular,soitcomesupwithanewsubjecttofingerprintidentification,thatishowtojudgethefingerprintofcorpsefromthefingerprintoflivingbody.Atpresent,fingeridentificationisbasisonlevel-2features,itsassignmentistoanalyzewhetherthefingerprintisstampedbysomebodyornot.Howeverlevel-2featurescann’tbeusedtoanalyzeifthefingerprintisstampedvoluntarilyornot.Itmakesthefingerprintidentificationinanawkwardsituation,iftheidentificationisonlybasisonlevel-2features,maybeitcanmakeawrongconclusion,becausethefingerprintprobablyisstampedbyotheronewhenhedied.Soweshouldsearchfornewmethodstoslovesuchproblemsinthissituation.Theobjectiveisthisarticle’spurpose.TheidentificationwhichisbasisonLevel-3featuresisfacedalotofproblemsinowncountry,soisitinsomeothercountiestoo.Howeverwecann’tdenyitsvaluejustbecauseithasproblems.Whenapersondied,hismetabolismisstopped,sotheskininhisfingerwillchangetosomeextendbecauseitwilllosealotofwater.Insuchsituationhisfingerprintisstampedbysomeotherpersons,wecanfindthechangeinhisfingerprintinordertomakesureitisnotstampedvoluntarily.Startingwithlevel-3features,ifwecanfindthechangeinallcorpse,wecanuseittojudgethefingerprintisbelongtocorpse.Itisalsoasignificantproblemwhichmyarticlewillstay.Thearticlewillbemadeoffourparts.Inthefirstpart,wewillmainlycombthetheoreticalfoundationwhichisnecessarywhenweuselevel-3featurestoanalyzethefingerprintbetweencorpseandlivingbody,thesewillexplainwhyitsfeasibility.Thesecondpartisthemostimportantpartinthisarticle.Inthispart,wewillmakeexperimentinordertoobservethedifferencebetweencorpse’sandlivingbody’sfingerprintonlevel-3features.Wewillobservethedifferencenotonlybetweenthesameperson’scorpseandhislivingbody,butalsobetweendifferentpersons’corpse.Wewillfindifthelevel-3featureswillchange,suchastheridgeedgefeatures,thecontoursfeaturesandtheporefeatures.Inthispart,wealsowillanalyzehowthesedifferenceform,thiswillbecomeanewmethodtojudgethecorpse’sfing
