良性前列腺增生症的中西医结合康复疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 观察艾灸结合功能性电刺激干预轻中度良性前列腺增生症的临床效果，并与单纯口服非那雄胺进行疗效比较。 方法 收集2014年5月～2015年10月在北京小汤山医院就诊的良性前列腺增生症患者60例，按随机数字表法将其随机分为两组，各30例。试验组给予艾灸结合功能性电刺激治疗，对照组单纯口服非那雄胺治疗，疗程均为6周。比较两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 治疗后，两组国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QOL）以及膀胱残余尿量均较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。治疗后试验组IPSS、QOL评分以及膀胱残余尿量均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 艾灸结合功能性电刺激在改善轻中度良性前列腺增生症患者排尿功能障碍的临床症状、膀胱残余尿量方面具有确切疗效，且优于单纯口服非那雄胺治疗，但在改善前列腺体积方面二者效果不显著。 　　[关键词] 良性前列腺增生症；艾灸；功能性电刺激；轻中度 　　[中图分类号] R697.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）12（c）-0109-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with functional electrical stimulation （FES） in the treatment of mild and moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia， and compare with single use of oral Finasteride. Methods Sixty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital from May 2014 to October 2015 were collected and divided into two groups according to random number table method， with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with moxibustion combined with FES， and the control group was treated with single oral Finasteride， the course was 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment， the scores of international prostate symptom score （IPSS）， quality of life （QOL） and residual urine volume in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）. After treatment， the scores of IPSS， QOL and residual urine volume in the experimental group were all lower than those of control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with FES has definite curative effects in improving the clinical symptoms of voiding dysfunction and residual urine volume of patients with mild and moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia， which is better than single use of oral Finasteride. However， there are no significant effects in improving the prostate volume in the two groups. 　　[Key words] Benign prostat
