基于数据挖掘的近50年中医治疗雄激素源性脱发用药分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探?近50年中医治疗雄激素源性脱发（AGA）的用药特点。 方法 通过收集整理1965年1月～2015年12月中医药公开发表治疗AGA的期刊文献，运用Excel软件创建脱发的用药数据库，从中研究这段时期中医治疗AGA的用药特点。 结果 在用药频次上，常用的内服药物包括当归、何首乌、熟地、川芎等，常用的外用药物包括侧柏叶、红花、当归、何首乌等。在用药分类上，补虚药占第一位，清热药、活血化瘀药其次。在药性上，偏温热性的药占大多数，偏寒凉的药其次。在归经上，入五脏的占大部分，诸脏中以入肝经最多，诸腑中以入胃经最多。 结论 近50年中医把补虚作为AGA的基本治法，在此基础上内治方再施以清泄内热、祛浊利湿、活血化瘀等治法，外治方辅以活血化瘀、辛散透邪、清热化湿等治法，注重内治与外治的结合，重视调养肝肾和脾胃，并兼顾AGA的心理，适当配以安神药的使用。 　　[关键词] 雄激素源性脱发；数据挖掘；中医；用药 　　[中图分类号] R758.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）11（b）-0166-05 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating androgenetic alopecia （AGA） in the past 50 years. Methods Through the collection and collation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of AGA published from January 1965 to December 2015， excel software was used to create a database for hair loss to study the characteristics of Chinese medicine for treating AGA in this period. Results In the frequency of drug use， commonly used oral administration included Radix Angelicae Sinensis， Radix Polygoni Multiflori， Radix Rehmanniae Preparata， Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong， etc； commonly used external drugs included Cacumen Platycladi， Flos Carthami， Radix Angelicae Sinensis， Radix Polygoni Multiflori， etc. In the kinds of herbal medication， tonic drugs accounted for the first， followed by heat-clearing drugs， removing blood stasis drugs. In the properties of herbal medication， hot property took the main part， cold medicine and medicine of the second， flat end. In the channel tropism， the five-zang herbs were in the majority， among all zang viscera， the herbs to the liver channel were the most， among all fu viscera， the herbs to the stomach channel were the most. Conclusion Nearly 50 years， traditional Chinese medicine take the tonic as AGA basic treatment， on the basis of which， internal treatment is added with the methods of clearing endogenous heat， dispelling turbid dampness， promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis，
