B2C电商平台配送模式研究 　　【摘 要】论文通过收集唯品会配送现状等资料，发现唯品会存在网点布局少、配送人员素质差等问题。论文采用SWOT分析、层次分析法对3种不同的配送模式进行了权重对比，得出唯品会更适合采用自建物流的配送模式，并结合唯品会配送模式提出了一些建议。 　　【Abstract】 This paper collects the current distribution information of VIP， finds that there are fewer outlets， poor service attitude and other issues. The paper analyzes 3 different distribution modes by using SWOT analysis and AHP.
