The Study of Solutions Concerning the Protection of the Intangible Culture Heritage within Counties —In the Case of Ansai Folk Art A Thesis Submitted to Shaanxi University of Science and Technology in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Arts By Min Wang Supervisor: Prof. Kai Zhang May 2015 I I 县域非物质文化遗产保护路径研究 —以安塞民间艺术为个案 摘 要 近年来，非物质文化遗产保护是关于文化遗产的热门词条，我国 己将非遗保护工作提高到了国家文化战略的层面，而各个学科也从不 同角度对非遗保护提出了不同的理论、原则和方法。全国各地都积极 踊跃地通过各种形式展示属于自己的文化瑰宝，安塞这个县级地区也 不例外。本文就以县域为单位，着重就安塞非物质文化遗产传承与保 护的路径进行较为深入的调查研究，进而讨论县域非物质文化遗产保 护与发展的路径。 本文分四个章节进行阐述： 第一章是绪论，对选题的目的、意义、国内外研究动态、重点、 难点及创新点做了相应介绍。 第二章则阐述了安塞县非物质文化遗产的历史流变。分别从以下 三个方面论述：历史时期安塞非物质文化遗产的类型划分；安塞县极 具代表性的三个非物质文化遗产项目类型（腰鼓、剪纸、民歌）的历 史流变；以及历史时期安塞县非物质文化遗产与民众共生的状态。 第三章概括了安塞非物质文化遗产的保护现状。主要从以下方面 阐述：政府主导的历程梳理；非物质文化遗产传承人在当下的生存状 态以及对非遗保护的认知和理解；当地民众对非物质文化遗产保护的 认知和理解；安塞县非物质文化遗产在当下的变迁。 第四章分析了安塞非物质文化遗产的保护路径。一是地方政府在 既定的国家宏观保护政策和措施基础上的传承行动；二是传承人对自 身技艺的多方位保护与传授，通过文字、影像、培训讲授等方式将自 己的技艺毫无保留的传承下去；三是普及非物质文化遗产知识，让民 众 更 深 入 的 认 知 和 理 解 非 物 质 文 化 遗 产 ， 增 强 全 民 保 护 与 传 承 的 意 识；四是通过非物质文化遗产所具有的文化社区和原属市场的本质， 将其向产业化发展的保护路径推进。 第五章总结了非物质文化遗产在县域关系网络中的多元生存。 II II 主 要 从 县 级 政 府 的 积 极 主 导 和 县 域 非 物 质 文 化 遗 产 的 经 济 发 展 思 路 两个方面进行解读，通过安塞个案的研究来指导其他县域非物质文化 遗 产 的 保 护 和 发 展 ， 以 多 个 视 角 提 出 县 域 非 物 质 文 化 遗 产 的 保 护 路 径。 关键词：安塞，非物质文化遗产，历史流变，保护路径 PAGE PAGE IV The Study of Solutions Concerning the Protection of the Intangible Culture Heritage within Counties —In the Case of Ansai Folk Art ABSTRACT In recent years, the protection of intangible cultural heritage is a popular term concerning cultural heritage, the country has already put the work of protecting intangible cultural to the level of national cultural strategy, and the research of intangible cultural heritage protection has also grown fast unprecedentedly, different theories, methods and principles are brought up by different disciplines from different angles on the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
