After inquiring into and analyzing current situation, I have brought forward the characteristic of office building energy consumption in transition areas. By using the theory of climate and building localism” and the principle of building pyrology. After carrying out theoretical analysis and scientific verification, and attach importance to difference studies, the papers brought forward a rationalization proposal. The basic problem of building energy conservation of transition areas resolve buildings heat preservation and heat insulation and reduce air- conditioning energy consumption, the technical paper has discussed the building outside defending structure, natural draft, and Natural skylight. And have brought forward the idea and tactics of building energy conservation to transition areas; The first chapter of article has introduced the background and range of studying; The Second chapters have analyzed local climate condition and the space of office building. Complying with investigation and the energy consumption characteristic analysing, summing up a building; and suggesting that office building energy conservation idea. The third chapter according to the energy consumption characteristic of local office building, bring forward countermeasure of shape modulus, defending physical design, natural draft, light selecting design. By analyzing energy conservation design I designs and calculate a representative of office building, the final chapter has probed tactics and method, and checked the method feasibility
