石家庄经济学院学位论文 石家庄经济学院学位论文 石家庄经济学院学位论文 石家庄经济学院学位论文 I I II II 摘 要 本文在体育产业治理大视角下，立足于体育关联企业治理，探析以利益相关者权责 利关系为价值取向的体育关联企业治理绩效的影响因素、指标体系和评价方法，建立健全 科学的绩效评价流程对体育关联企业治理绩效进行综合测评，既可以优化体育关联企业治 理结构和机制，避免选择治理方案时的盲目性，又可以避免体育关联企业资源的浪费，以 免失去我国体育关联企业，甚至于体育产业发展的大好时机。 本文在简要介绍体育关联企业及其治理、平衡计分卡、绩效棱柱、网络分析法、蜘蛛 图法等相关概念和阐述相关理论的基础上，分析了体育关联企业治理绩效评价的现状，找 出研究不足和空白。在此基础上，从我国体育关联企业治理的现状出发，在体育产业治理 的大视角环境下，具体结合体育关联企业治理结构、机制以及存在的问题和原因，对我国 体育关联企业治理绩效评价体系和评价方法进行研究。在体育关联治理绩效指标体系的构 建上，深入挖掘平衡计分卡、KPI、绩效棱柱在体育关联企业治理绩效评价体系下的应用。 注重体育关联企业治理中利益相关者的贡献和需求，关键成功指标选取和指标的因果逻辑 关系，创新采用 BKP 综合模型构建治理绩效的评价指标体系，力图使指标的设计与选择 有理有据、科学、系统而实用，以实现体育关联企业治理绩效测量的目的。在体育关联企 业治理绩效评价方法的研究方面，在对比分析绩效评价模型方法，ANP 网络分析法、蜘 蛛图法等的基础上，深入分析各种评价模型方法与体育关联企业治理绩效的适应程度。注 重评价方法的操作性和有效性，创新应用蜘蛛网图法作为绩效评价及结果输出的有效方 法。通过各项治理指标的设计，评价方法的运用，从而达到对体育关联企业治理绩效的量 化和评价，最终可以科学评价其治理水平。 本文通过对于现实中的一家体育关联企业进行案例分析，验证了评价指标体系和评价 方法的可操作性与科学性，达到了预期的研究效果。 关键词：体育关联企业治理；治理绩效；指标体系；评价方法 Abstract In this paper, introduced sports related enterprises, BSC, ANP, spider diagram and other related concepts and related theories. On this basis, the paper specifically studied the sports related enterprise governance structure, mechanisms, and the problems and causes in the current situation of governance, in order to research the enterprise governance performance evaluation system and evaluation research deeply. The paper analyzed the status of sports related enterprise governance performance evaluation, identified the research gaps. The paper was emphasis on stakeholder contributions and needs of the sports related enterprise. Target selection and the logic of cause and effect relationship were innovated, then selected the model of BKP to build an integrated model of performance evaluation index system of governance to try to make the design and selection of indicators was reasonable, scientific, systemic and practical, in order to achieve sports related enterprise governance performance measurement purposes.
