Students who had poor quality of life, family dysfunction, few social support were more vulnerable to impulsive, so were student who had high score of depression. More children adversity experiences, more impulsive. It was more likely to be impulsive among student who is female, falling in love, unsatisfied with his specialty, having a religion. Conclusions More attention should be paid to impulsiveness in medical college students. The impulsiveness among medical students was significant different between gender. Children adversity experiences possibly play important role in occurrence of impulsiveness. To promote the students’ healthy development, we should pay more attention to impulsiveness and carry out kinds of preventive measures to decrease the incidence of impulsiveness.
