河北 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 天津 天津 X 集团轧二制钢公司转型发展战略问题研究 I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 当前，国际经济复苏迟缓，国内钢铁产能严重过剩，冶金行业国企、民企等不同 性质企业不正当竞争手段恶劣，钢铁企业转型发展成功与失败案例频现。如何根据战 略的基本概念和理论，研究分析外部环境及内部资源情况，对轧二公司进行正确的战 略定位，制定适合自身的发展战略，是一个很有意义的研究课题，也是本人在公司一 直负责的工作之一。 古今中外，很多先人贤哲都对战略管理作了大量的研究，认为战略决定企业的 成败，伟大的、成功的企业都是有“战略”的企业。企业的战略界定了企业的发展方 向和行动指南，使之在市场竞争环境中得以生存和发展，因此在目前的情况下，研究 转型发展战略目标对于天铁轧二公司来说尤为重要。 本人在两年的 EMBA 学习过程中，对公司的战略发展问题一直在结合所学进行研 究，此文借助战略基本理论及战略工具，应用 PEST 理论分析天铁轧二公司目前所处 的外部环境，从中找到企业转型的发展机遇。通过五力分析模型明确公司自身在行业 中的地位，以制定和执行合适的战略，提高在市场中的竞争力。在对公司的内部资源 进行分析评估后，寻找公司创造竞争优势的潜力。通过 SWOT 分析工具对公司的优劣 势、机会与风险进行分析，为公司的战略制定提供依据，综合分析后，制定出轧二公 司可以实施的“纵深”发展战略，并就战略实施过程中可能出现的问题提出解决问题 的方案。 关键字：天铁轧二，转型战略，流程再造，PEST 分析，SWOT 分析 ABSTRACT At present, the international economic situation slow recovery, the serious oversupply of steel production capacity, unfair competition means the metallurgical industry, private enterprises and other state-owned enterprises with different nature bad, development success and failure cases are frequent transformation of some iron and steel enterprises, according to the basic concepts and theories of strategy, research and analysis of the external environment and internal resources, strategic location right on rolling two company, for its own development strategy formulation, is a very meaningful research topic, also is one of my company has been responsible for the work.
