际中涡轮的温度极限。
针对关键部件动力涡轮,利用 CFX 流体分析软件进行动力涡轮三维稳态流场的仿 真模拟分析,进一步对一维模拟结果进行检验和修正。计算结果表明,动力涡轮叶片前 缘和尾缘处能量损失较大,叶片造型局部设计不合理,需要进一步优化,才能提高动力 涡轮的热效率,进而提高动力涡轮的输出功率。

Turbo-compound Diesel Engine Working Process Simulation and Power Turbine Flow Field Analysis
Abstract
The problem of vehicle energy saving and the emission regulation are becoming more and more strictly. Turbocharger technology becomes an important means of engine energy saving. However, the universal existences of conventional turbocharged engine are torque shortage in low-speed condition, poor fuel economy at part load, as well as poor start-up and acceleration, high emission temperature.
The new turbo-compound engine, which combines bypass and complementary combustion system and the power turbine, not only can improve torque characteristics and acceleration of the engine in low-speed condition, but also can meet the different requirements of high and low power in different conditions. The power turbine of the turbo-compound engine can fully utilize exhaust energy which is recovered as effective power to output, thus improving the total power and the total efficiency of the engine.
This paper studies the performance of the turbo-compound diesel engine by numerical simulation method, focusing two combined-cycle schemes including series and parallel of the turbo-compound diesel engine on the high-power mode. Without changing the structural parameters of diesel engine, these two schemes meet the needs of the original diesel engine power density, and the study of flow distribution law and power distribution law is helpful to maximize the output power of the power turbine, providing theoretical guidance for the bench test.
