博士学位论文 博士学位论文 PAGE PAGE VI spiked in the blank tea, the results have shown good recovery on various spike standard levels. Their recoveries ranged from 56.4% to 125.5%, RSD were 1.1%~19.4%. A simple and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) method was established for the trace determination of aminoglycosides in animal-sourced food. Spectinomycin, hygromycin B, dihydrostreptomycin, streptomycin, amikacin, kanamycin, apramycin, tobramycin, gentamicin, and neomycin were tested as the target compounds. By ion-pair HPLC technique, the effective separation and determination of aminoglycosides was achieved, while HPLC-MS was developed for the confirmation of veterinary drug residues. The detection limits were about 20 μg/kg for spectinomycin, dihydrostreptomycin, streptomycin, amikacin, kanamycin, tobramycin, and gentamicin, 100 μg/kg for neomycin, apramycin, and hygromycin B. The method can meet the requirement of international standards for the inspection of aminoglycoside residues in animal-source food. For the pretreatment of the samples of aminoglycoside residues analysis, a new molecular imprinting polymer was synthesized. It had a high specific enrichmental ability to the target compounds. A highly sensitive method for determination of cyclamate in foods by ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was developed and validated. The separation was achieved on a C8 column with 5 mmol/L tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane aqueous solution (pH=4.5) as mobile phase using an isocratic mode. The quantification of target compound was completed using selected ion recording (SIR) at m/z 178 obtained from ESI- mode. Tiopronin was used as internal standard for the quantification of cyclamate. The limit of detection was 5 ng/mL, the limit of quantification was 20 ng/mL. The method can be used to monitor effectively the content of the artificial sweetener in foods.
