PAGE III PAGE III 林物料仓库信息管理与运营管理研究 中文摘要 林 物料仓库信息管理与运营管理研究 ——基于 NFME 公司 T 部门二级仓库的案例 中文摘要 本文研究的是物料仓库信息管理和运营管理的问题，从 NFME 公司 T 部门二级 仓库的管理实践中提取信息，分析这些信息背后的业务规律并进行决策，通过决策的 执行评估其对公司运营管理的影响。 本研究中关联的理论有仓库管理、信息管理、运营管理、物料 EIQ 分析、物料 分类法、库存控制订购模型等。研究的创新点在于分析历史记录的仓库耗用信息和实 时的仓库库存信息，建立了科学的物料分类，匹配了多个库存控制模型管理物料订购 事务，通过反馈的实时库存信息评估公司运营管理状况。研究案例中反映了仓库管理 信息化和周期性订货标准化两者相互促进相互影响的情况，即如何通过实时的、动态 的物料仓库信息管理影响公司运营管理，反之亦然。 本研究的核心结构主要分为三部分。第一部分描述物料仓库信息管理和运营管理 现状，从管理信息化的前后比较中发现问题，进而提出解决问题的思路。第二部分提 取了物料仓库信息管理的两份数据，耗用管理信息和库存管理信息，做了物料 EIQ 分析，找出信息背后的仓库管理和运营管理规律。第三部分科学分类物料并匹配对应 的库存控制模型，分类实施订购决策，调整运营管理状态。 本研究完整的描述了一次标准分析决策订购的全过程，包括物料仓库如何利用信 息管理实现业务数据汇总、如何分析仓库业务特点、如何科学分类物料、如何计算物 料订购量、补货如何影响运营管理等等，为业务标准化、常态化探索最优方法。 关键词：物料仓库 信息管理 运营管理 EIQ 分析 物料分类法 库存控制模型 封 装测试行业 作 者：谷 珺 指导老师：董洁 PAGE IV PAGE IV lf英文摘要 物料仓库信息管理与运营管理研究 l f Research on materials warehouse information management and operation management -- Based on NFME company T department level two warehouse case Abstract This study is about the material warehouse information management and operations management problems, to extract information from the management practice of NFME company T department two level of warehouse, analyzes the business rules behind the information and make the right business decision, the decision-making helps to assess its impact on company operations management.
