AbstractThetechnologyofThree-dimensionallaserimagingisaveryactivebranchinlasertechnologyapplicationinrecentyears,thecharacteristicofrange-selectmakethree-dimensionallasertakeadvantagetootherkindoftwo-dimensionalimagingmethods.Buttraditionallaserimaginghasobviouslimitations,whichissmallvisualfield,lowframerate.Toovercometheseshortages,makethree-dimensionalimaginglaserradarhasthecharacteristicofhighframerate,largevisualfield.Aprojectusestreaktubeasthedetectorinthree-dimensionallaserimagingsystemhasbeenputforwardinrecentyears.Thefeasibilityofthisprojecthasbeendiscussedintheory,asetofstreaktubelaserimagingsystemfordemohasbeenestablishedtodemonstratethisimageingprojectandgetthestreakimagesoftheindoorandoutdoorspecifictargets.Intheend,analysedtheimageingcharacteristicsofthisstreaktubethree-dimensionallaserimagingsystem,andtheprospectofitsapplicationinmilitary,commerce.Inthispaper,wefirstanalyzedtheprincipleofstreaktube,discussedthecapacityfortemporalresolutionandspatialresolution,whichshowsthefeasibilitythatstreaktubecouldbeusedasthedetctorinthree-dimensionallaserimagingsystem,introducedthedesignmentofstreaktubethree-dimensionalimagingsystem,discussedtheprincipleofwholesystem.Laserradarequationinlargevisualfieldconditionhasbeendeductedintheory,theexpressionofdisperseechopoweroftarget,whichisilluminatedrespectivelybyexpandedbasicmodegaussbeamoflaserpluseandexpandedflatpeakbeamoflaserplusewhichismodifiedhasbeenget,alsowecalculatedthedisperseechopowerdensityofthetargetsat300mawayand1000maway,bytakenuseoftheexpressionandparametersofexperiment.Itprovedthefeasibilitytoimagetargetin1000mbystreaktubelaserthree-dimensionallaserimagingsystemestablished,directedexperiment’sdesignandpractice.Wdestablishedathree-dimensionallaserimagingsystemforexperimentanddemowiththelaserandstreaktubepurchased,includeXelamp-pumpNd:YAGlasersasemission,streaktubeasdetector,transmittingandreceivingopticalsystem,opticaltrigger,CCDdatareadingandprocessing.Theparametersofkeycomponentsofthesystemistested,su
